Visser's Installatiebedrijf was door Dura Vermeer ingeschakeld om toilet en badkamer bij mijn nieuwbouwwoning aan te leggen. Helaas is dit een teleurstellende ervaring geworden:
- Visser's heeft geen showroom en zelfs nauwelijks informatie beschikbaar over mogelijke opties. Je kan dus maar beter zelf helemaal uitgezocht hebben wat je precies wilt.
- De aanleg van toilet en badkamer was niet voltooid bij oplevering van de woning.
- Door onzorgvuldig kitwerk hebben we een lekkage gehad in de woning.
- Er kwamen scheuren in de badombouw. Inmiddels hersteld.
- Doucheput liep niet goed door. In eerste instantie werd dit niet hersteld, omdat de garantie formeel was verlopen. Later alsnog hersteld.
