Excellent restaurant! Full recommendation.

De Stal is located in the center of Den Burg, it's easy to find. Has a large terrace, plus plenty tables inside. Do reserve because its popular!!

Service is attentive. You will not sit with an empty glass, and if you have a question, plenty staff to accommodate your needs.
The restaurant is clean and fresh, spacious too.

Food is nicely plated, portions are sizeable, and the quality of the food is excellent. The burgers are home made, and no doubt amongst the best i've had. Large selection for vegan too. Fish lovers, there is fresh catch of the day, etc, etc etc. Locally sourced veggies, tasty, tasty.
You will not leave hungry!

In short: amazing food, great service, clean and fresh interior.
Recommend! Do yourself a favour and enjoy a dinner here when u are visiting Texel.

We've been here on our vacation and it's an amazing restaurant, the menu is all in Dutch so it wasn't so easy for us. But the staff helped where ever they could and they have always been friendly.
The food was amazing, it was so delicious.
The prices here are normal for a good evening dinner in the Netherlands or Texel.
We will come again 🤩

We had a great time at this restaurant and the vegan options were very good! It is not specialized in vegan food but they have some great vegan food!

Okay prices, food was fresh and very tasty, cooked very nicely. The presentation of the food was good, the seating outside was nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly and came by quickly when needed. All in all a pleasant experience, much recommended.

Now to our experience:
We came across this very beautiful restaurant on second Christmas evening.
We didn't know what to expect but the ratings online were promising.
We were extremely lucky as we got the last free table without making a reservation.
Furthermore, we were lucky that during that day, there was a five course menu and we were allowed to participate.
Each course was awesome and during the different courses the staff was helpful and quick.
It was a very familiar feeling that we got here.
We will definitely come back here.

Great food for a reasonable price. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We had the Stal Burger and Veg sandwich which were all tasty.

Great food and service. Much less crowded than the other restaurants in center, which is really nice for people who want to enjoy a nice meal while being worrying about crowd during the very strange time.
