Strandpaviljoen Paal 17

I have been in the first floor with a bigger group. Wasn't expecting this class of service and food. We had a five course menue with many different platters. Everything was perfectly fresh and tasty. High quality food, nice drinks, good wines, great sunset view.

Great place, amazing delicious food. The steak and paprika soup were really good. Its next to the beach. Can sit inside or outside. The wait for the table was not long at all which was great. The food took a bit long to come but it did not disappoint. But perhaps book to be sure. Also there were two charging ports for EVs at the parking.

We had an amazing experience at Paal 17 in De Koog, Texel.

The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions.

However, what truly made our visit exceptional was Amy, our server. She treated us like VIPs throughout the meal, providing impeccable service and making us feel truly valued.

Top restaurant at the beach North Sea. Fish (sea bass) excellent. Chocolate dream as dessert is a must. Very friendly personel and we were served very quickly.

Good food at a reasonable price. Can get very busy in weekends. They provide us seating at upstairs as the ground floor is fully occupied. Service is very good.

The red wine recommended by the tall cute bartender (who worked on Friday 16th February) was nice! Great atmosphere, dankje!

Lovely place with great staff. Food was great and best thing is you can order almost everything in kid size so you don’t get stuck with the regular frites and deep fried chicken nuggets/kroket/frikandel options most kid menus have. Our two year old loved the chicken saté.

Amazing place on the beach. Fast service. Good quality and the sirloin skewer I had was really tender an cooked properly. We were with 10 people spend roughly 50euro per person for 3course meal incl alcohol drink. Spend three hours drinking there. So good pricing.

We tried the 6 course dinner in the newly opened first floor fine dining area. The food quality was outstanding, the service excellent and all wrapped in a nice ambience.

The food is really good for a strand pavilion. You can eat almost everything. Burgers and pancakes 🥞 are tasty. For kids there is an extra menu. They usually get a surprise toy

Make a reservation during prime time. They run a tight ship, so often you cán still walk-in if you don't mind a little wait. Orders are served quickly. Friendly staff. Good food. Beautiful location.
