Zojuist een erg onprettig contact gehad met de degene die de telefoon aanneemt. Ik ben nog nooit bij een podoloog geweest en de mevrouw in kwestie, gaat "alleen maar over de afspraken". Het zou erg prettig zijn indien er even een korte uitleg volgt over de hanteren werkwijze en de te verwachten kosten van een eerste intake. Toen ik aangaf dat ik het contact wel erg onprettig vond, en dat ik wel iets meer verwachtte van een eerste telefonisch contact, werd de telefoon opgehangen door deze mevrouw van "Voeten op Texel". Helaas weet ik haar naam niet, ze had een vrij sterk aanwezig Limburgs accent.

Village in the Netherlands

De Koog is a village in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Texel, and lies about 17 km north of Den Helder. It is the chief centre of tourism on the island, surrounded with many hotels and campgrounds. The village is located on the North Sea coast of the island. Only two narrow lines of dunes separate the village from the beach. South of the village is a wooded area which is also popular with tourists.
