At this location (out of the 3), the doctor and the assistants were always helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

Dr. Goedhart was incredibly kind and attentive. He went above and beyond his strict duties, thought ahead, engaged me in the process and made an immense effort in getting me helped quickly. He made me feel listened to and taken seriously. I can only recommend his services!

Dr. Goedhart is a saint. All the stars go to him & the receptionists.

Hele vriendelijke en kundige huisartsen. Handig dat je op verschillende locaties in de stad terecht kunt. Afspraken en herhaalrecepten zijn gemakkelijk online te regelen. Aanrader.

Dokter Goedhart is de beste dokter die ik in Groningen heb gehad. Bedankt voor de goede zorgen.

Met name de laatste tijd is de service verbeterd naar mijn idee. Ondanks het personeelstekort nog dezelfde middag(binnen een uur) antwoord op mijn mail en zijn de dingen geregeld. Ik had de dag erna pas antwoord verwacht, aangezien het ook al te laat was voor telefonisch contact.

Er is snel antwoord op je e-consult en veel kan worden geregeld/gevraagd zonder dat je de assistente hoeft te spreken.

Vaak is er dezelfde dag of de dag erna plek voor een fysieke afspraak (bij telefonisch inplannen, online is de hele week vaak al volgeboekt)

Het meeste personeel is vriendelijk en er wordt goed en geduldig geluisterd naar wat je te vertellen hebt.

This is the worst GP I have ever been to in my life. They are never ready to help and do as little as possible. The best when you will come with solution already, otherwise their lack of knowledge will hit you. There is almost not possible to schedule an appointment, even via call. I had many situations when I needed to seek help privately or in different spot as they didn't solve any of medical problems. I had many complication after their "treatment", just because they didn't care. Not telling that I always try to fix myself first for a week or two as I know they will tell you to observe yourself and take paracetamol first.

If you’re not dying then don’t even bother going there. Tried to get an appointment for tonsillitis and they told me to leave.

Edit: I went to the doctors in my home country and was directly taken and had a throat swab to confirm bacterial tonsillitis, thats how healthcare should be.

I very much do not recommend a “doctor” (taking into account his lack of knowledge I would not call him that) who’s name is, I believe, Rogier. He will do everything possible to humiliate you and to prove that you actually do not have any problem. Before doing anything he will decide that you are perfectly fine and he will only ask you “What do you expect me to do???”. And don’t worry if you didn’t hear him correctly, he will make sure to repeat it until you are humiliated and disrespected enough for him to be satisfied. In the end, he may ask you what steps would you like to take next, as he does not know how to do his job and does not know any better than you what should be done with a problem you come with. Maybe if you remind him that he is the doctor here he will come up with something but I wouldn’t risk with that. In conclusion, if you care about your mental health I would avoid him at all cost.

cencels my appointment suddenly , and sometimes the GP does not provide help but yet I still have to pay for it. I even need to pay for recieving an email reply for declining my help request

Not recommended. They never take your problem serious.
