Very friendly service. Got my bike back in less then 10 minutes. Well organised. You can have a coffee while you wait. A bit hard to get to with public transport. Nice ride back though !

I don’t really understand why people said it’s too remote or difficult to get to. I took a bus for 15 min. It was a little hard to figure out that you have to walk all the way to the back but once I got in I barely had to wait and they found my bike in less than 5 min. If I had to go to jail I’d go to bike jail in Amsterdam.

Excellent and friendly service. It's actually admirable if you put in perspective the flow of bicycles in and out. And the volume of people trying to reclaim back the Bicycles.

Great service, took me around 15 minutes to get my bike back. I can understand the frustration in other reviews but at the end of the day if you do park your bike where you're not supposed to what can you expect?

Epic. You can pay some money for the experience. Oh yeah, then you need new lock indeed. You have only six weeks to grab your bike.

Really helpful and understanding. Great service i recieved. Too bad its far away from the city centre and a bit difficult getting there without a car.

Prachtige plek met duizenden fietsen. Goed bereikbaar vanaf station Slotermeer en bus 328. Halte Westpoort. Werken aardige mensen. 👍

Heel goed geholpen door aardige baliemedewerker, terwijl ik bij receptie wachtte werd mijn fiets opgehaald uit magazijn en fiets werd netjes naar mij toegebracht door aardige jongen.

Je kan natuurlijk heel negatief zijn, maar ik geloof er wel in dat dit bedrijf niet zomaar je fiets meeneemt. Alleen de laatste schakel van mijn kettingslot hebben ze open gemaakt, die kan ik nu nog gebruiken. 22.50eu om op te halen, of 35eu om te laten bezorgen vind ik geen geld voor een bedrijf dat de stad opgeruimd houdt!

Veel ruimte voor ingenomen fietsen met een optimale teruggifte traject..
