Bang & Olufsen

I highly apologize as I do not speak Dutch. When I visited my aunt in Amsterdam, she arranged a time to visit Bang & Olufsen store in Amsterdam. I was there on 5 May 2017. It is a 2-storey store (basement and street level). The basement has a dedicated home theatre setup and on the street level, all their products were there. This store adpots the new B&O store concept and it was great. The walls turn and it felt roomy and the experience was excellent.

At first, I asked about Beosound 9000 as It was my favourite, unfortunately there was no stock. What amazed me what the people in Bang & Olufsen did. Although what I asked was already unavailable, they enthusiastically explained to me various products from the Beoplay P2 until Beolab 90. They explained to me in detail every single B&O product and they answered all my questions regarding the products promptly and clearly.

Conclusion a Great store with great employees. The store feels luxurious and the employees are wonderful. The service given, product expertise, and the store, all contribute to an excellent experience. Keep up the standard!

Fantastic service! The best sales consultant in Amsterdam I ve come across in 3 years, was super nice and kind to show today to my son around and test with him the stereo systems with heart warming smile, hospitality and enthusiasm! Love it!

It was a nice shop and good service I got to try every earphones that I was looking for, but unfortunately it was sold out.

Came in just for service for something we ordered online (so not even bought in the store.) We were helped amazingly still!

Wat een fijne zaak. Jeroen en Peter snappen hoe het werkt. Perfecte ontvangst, goede koffie, nemen de tijd en zeer prettige communicatie vooraf, tijdens en na de verkoop. Wat kleine problemen werden met hetzelfde enthousiasme opgelost. Werkelijk niets op aan te merken. Volgende B&O aankoop wordt sowieso hier.

Mijn nieuwe beovision eclipse hier gekocht.Hele vriendelijke en vakkundige bediening door Peter en Jeroen,een absolute aanrader!

Eindelijk weer een Bang & Olufsen dealer in Amsterdam! Prachtige winkel, geweldige service en heerlijke koffie! Ben meteen maar weggegaan met een BeoPlay A1!
