We've been there multiple times in the past, and the attitude is never very friendly, though the haircuts are okay. Today we went with an appointment, but still the staff decided to give priority to other clients without appointment that arrived after us.

Maybe was our fault because we arrived 25 minutes earlier, but instead of telling us to come back later, they let us wait. We waited in total, 50 minutes. 30 minutes after our appointment, my partner told the hairdresser that we had to leave, and that we waited too long. No apology, nor any interest in retaining us. Anyway, we left without a haircut and with a very sour feeling.
