A perfect place to hide from the rain and cold with some hot and delicious Pho! The service was friendly and fast and i would recommend this place!

I was seeking a hearty bowl of Vietnamese pho to fight off the cold, just like many of my fellow Amsterdamers. I stumbled upon this snug little spot, perfect for 20-30 pho enthusiasts - a true hidden gem!

I went all-in, ordering the beef and meatball pho, summer rolls (what the Dutch call spring rolls), and the unmissable bhami. The pho danced on my tongue, even without the hoison sauce 🍜. The beef-filled rolls were a hit - shrimp and I, well, let's say we're not on speaking terms.

But wait, there's more! The bhami, jazzed up with siracha sauce, got an extra kick from a dollop of hoison. My taste buds were doing the cha-cha! 🎉

Now, let's talk drinks. I ordered the watermelon milk boba tea, and it was quite the thirst-quenching treat. A smoothie option would've been the cherry on top, but hey, we can't win 'em all.

really delicious vietnamese food with great vegan and non-vegetarian options and ample portions! we had the 10 vegan spring rolls, and both the vegetarian and chicken noodle soup, would highly recommend all of them :)

I find the kind of unfinished look very cozy and very homelike it isn’t fake like most places in amsterdam. I always find the way back to having a big bowl of pho hers. It is on the smaller side but that also has something nice. There are outlets for charging or so and the staff are always great and very nice. Food is always 10/10 no doubt about to little meat or to much broth its just full of flavor and greatness. Also it is pretty cheap for amsterdam in my opinion!

Authentic Vietnamese food! I was so happy when I heard them speaking Vietnamese in the kitchen. The food was so good that I instantly returned the next day before my departure. Good big portion, the brew was amazing and also the meat was perfect. Can recommend and the owners are super friendly.

A real gem is hidden in this side road. Delicious, affordable Vietnamese food. The chicken was nice and juicy with a crispy caramelized skin, the rice had the perfect chewy texture and the summer rolls were huge! You could have this as a lunch on its own. Pho was nice and hot and the toppings came on the side so you could decide how much coriander, chili and soy sprouts you wanted. Wait time was average and good timing with the starters and main dish. Definitely show this place some love if you are close by!

Great value and authentic taste of pho (true Hanoi style), a bargain for the quality and location in central Amsterdam! Nothing fancy but fantastic food and friendly people :) warning: bring cash as I don’t believe they take credit card/debit card though.

Edit: we’re back here many times in the last 2 years since this review (forgot all about it) and they definitely take cards now. The restaurant has gotten busier naturally with time and the taste is still authentic to its name!

Very nice taste with large portions (at least for us) and a good price. We had the beef pho which was exceptional with fresh, tender meat and rich broth. The orange blended tea on the menu was a bit average but the food (especially pho) was good enough and worth five stars!

The beef in the pho was very tender and the soup was not too salty, which has already made the pho lot better than many other pho restaurants, as they often make the soup too salty so you become thirsty after eating it. The vegetables used for the summer rolls were very fresh, I could eat it every day. I also liked the Vietnamese iced coffee, which was not on the menu if I am not mistaken, but they made it for me after I asked, very friendly staff.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I live in Singapore, been to many places in Asia and the US, but this is the nicest Vietnamese restaurant I have visited. The beef is tender, the noodles chewy, the broth rich and aromatic. Coffee is amazing too by the way: strong, authentic, and given in generous amount.

The lady owner and her nephew are super-friendly and sweet. We had a good chat. She even treated me for the coffee. It is Lunar New Year. I miss a taste of home, and I found it here.

Amazing tofu pho and yummy salad with gentle seasoning. Great place for a quick bite or extensive hang out.

Have been wanting to try this place for a few weeks now and it didn't disappoint. I got the lemongrass marinated chicken with yellow rice and it was sooo delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I will be back again soon to try the bahn mi!
