Such a great service, had no issues and everything went as discussed on the phone. The people handling the drop off of our boxes were extremely friendly, helpful and punctual. The staff in the administrative office were also there for all the questions I had and guided me through the moving process. The whole experience was very smooth, and they were able to transport our stuff from one city to a storage space in another city (Rotterdam to Amsterdam), which made the entire process even easier! I wholeheartledly recommend their services for a stress free move :)!

My daughter stored several boxes, a mattress, several chairs other miscellaneous items, while she was on a college semester abroad in Germany. Boxie24 made the experience very easy for us, regarding pick up, storage, payment and re-delivery. Thank you!!!

Boxie provides a simple solution to a painful project; moving and storage. I don't want to remember the last time I rented a u-haul and had to deal with blood sweat and tears. Not seeing my stuff until months after our trip since our move, was a blessing. Our dining service, tv, dresser, sofa, book cabinets and two beds (one queen, one single) came back perfectly in tact. Appreciate an organization who takes customer service and care of others' posessions seriously.

Vanaf het allereerste contact super ervaring m.b.t. communicatie, terugkoppeling bij vragen, uitvoering van mijn verhuizing en ........ uiteindelijke levering op nieuwe locatie. Zeer correcte medewerkers die ook mijn zware meubels zonder problemen op de juiste plaats hebben neergezet. Ik kan niet anders dan Boxie24 van harte aanbevelen.

Lost multiple boxes of mine and did not even receive an apology. I’d recommend using any other storage unit provider than this one in Rotterdam.

Edit: Thank you for replying to the review, however I have been in contact with staff for you for a time being, and they have not gotten back to me in weeks regarding the missing items. Would love to solve through the problem together!

Everything is horrible with this company.

They broke the lock of my storage room and moved it to an unaccessible warehouse where you have to pay them to get your stuff back. They are saying that they have informed everyone and got their consent, but they only sent me 1 email stating that if I chose to stay at the same storage, I will have to pay extra and if I let them move my belongings I would have a discount which will be effective immediately and that most of their customers chose this option (manipulation, no mentioning of the location being unaccessible, wrong information with discount).

They moved my stuff before the next invoice date and regardless, they have still withdrawn the full price. When I communicated this to the company, they said that my belongings were moved after the invoice date, but I was at the storage before that date and it was completely empty.

The frustrating part is that I didn’t find out that my stuff is moved until I was at the storage with a rented van to take my stuff and I didn’t even know the location of the new facility. Once I learned that the location is unaccessible when I called them, they told me that if I want back all of my belongings, I have to pay 75 euros. However, if I want some of my stuff, then it’s free. This doesn’t make any sense since I didn’t have a lot of things in my storage and the kilometres would be the exact same for the transport regardless of the quantity of what they are transporting. You can see from here that they are trying to rip off money from you.

I later found out from the storage company which bought the building Boxie24 used to be in, that if I chose to stay at the same storage, I would only pay 3 euros more than what I have already been paying to this company.

I have talked to their “manager” everyday for a week to receive some kind of compensation for their bad communication, faulty informations and careless attitudes. However, he didn’t help me at all, instead he made everything worse with his way of handling complaints, manipulations and lies.

What has been the most annoying for me, was not being able to talk to someone else other than that 1 person who claimed to be the manager and not being able to express my complaints to someone who might actually help. I even tried calling Boxie24 in different cities to get the contact information of a more qualified or just some other employee, and they all refused to give me any number other than that man’s.

It is utterly ridiculous for a company to try to handle complaints and problems by completely blocking the communication. It just shows that you are having major problems internally, which has also been stated by the “manager” that they were rushed into changing facilities and that this was the best they could do. Well, the best they could do being not communicating with customers in a proper way, refusing to provide contact info of the manager and literally don’t caring about the complaints because you know that the customer can’t do anything is not okay. It never was and never will be.

Honestly, I was a bit scared to write a bad review for this company because I saw someone’s review online and he was saying that Boxie24 charged him 60 euros for not taking down his bad review. But at this point, you can’t do anything.

I hope that you pay for what you have made me go through trying to deal with your nonsense explanations for obvious mistakes. You also cost me at least 160 euros because I had to rent a moving van twice.. I could talk more on this, but I don’t think you even care to listen.

Shortly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO DOESN’T WANT TO BE MANIPULATED OR SCAMMED.
