Two of the best disco-jazz-funk DJs I've seen in a long time. True create digging masters, dropping total gems. Can anyone tell me their DJ names and how do we follow them? Incredible music. This bar is by far the best kept secret in Rotterdam.

Vriendelijk en vlotte ervaren serveerster bracht ons pijlsnel de drankjes op terras, en we waren toch met 10 personen. Alles opnemen uit het hoofd en keurig afgeleverd bij de juiste persoon. DAT maken we hedendaags nauwelijks mee. En het was megadruk in café TOPPERTJE!

Dit is echt een autentiek caffe, ik kwam er vaak in de jaren 70 toen ik nog op de kunstaccademie zat. Nu kom ik er nog maar af en toe, dat gebeurt gewoon als je ouder wordt. Afgesproken met vrienden en nog steeds een geweldig caffe geen flauwekul gewoon gezellig, goed bier en goede bediening. Op de achtergrond speelt jazz muziek en het licht is gedempt. Het enige verschil met vroeger is dat mijn vrienden van toen dood zijn of verdwenen en het staat er niet meer blauw van de rook. Echt een aanrader voor als je genoeg hebt van de hipster tenten.

De allerfijnste kroeg van Rotterdam voor mij. Kom er al vele jaren, allang niet meer wekelijks. Fijne plek voor een afzakkertje en gezellig praatje. Nog 6 weken en dan is het voorbij helaas.

Gelukkig is er nog een echte kroeg te vinden in hartje R'dam. Geen poespas gewoon biertje van de tap. Niet te veel keuze stress maar wel wat je zoekt. De kaas was helaas op maar de worst werd snel geregeld ;)
