Rotterdam Marriott Hotel

We had a magnificent stay to celebrate our anniversary. The service was impeccable, super attentive and quick, we got complimentary drinks and a delicious browny when we arrived, room was decorated for the occasion, so nice! Room was renovated with modern furniture, comfy bed and fantastic view of the city. Champagne breakfast was amazing as well, delivered to our room and so so tasty! Thank you!

My recent stay at this Marriott was delightful. The hotel is in a tall building that is across from Rotterdam Centraal Station, located conveniently near the city center and accessed by transit easily. The location couldn't be better for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The stylish and comfortable lobby and bar area downstairs provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent service, and comfortable amenities.

Great hotel with good service and a nice view. Just across the central station with easy access to the city center. However, note that a room at "high floor" is not all the way in the top, as only the lower half is the hotel.

Great service, there was an issue with the mini bar in my room and instead of arguing or denying, I was upgraded. Room itself was very nice, quiet. The location was perfect, 2 mins from Rotterdam Centraal station. Great overall value and experience.

One of the hotels you can mark best of the best of the best. I’ve been living in rtm for quite a while, never really stayed before. Took the opportunity for business trip to stay here, almost everything is perfect.

- room: huge tub, great view, nice bed
- hospitality: staff are friendly and helpful
- lounge: great food for happy hour
- breakfast: rich collection with fee included a la carte, i ordered a Rotterdam omelette. amazing.
- location: 30 secs to Rotterdam centraal. what can you say?

Stayed here for more than 7 nights in total this winter. Great location by the Centraal station and walking distance to chinatown or the more modern side towards the east. Even a great alternative to a stay in Amsterdam with hotel prices there so steep.

Hotel staff is corteous and helpful in general, though not all.

Brrakfast here was awesome. Great staff at the restaurant, sincere interactions from them. Food variety and quality was exceptional. If you can afford to splurge a bit and add breakfast to your room rate, do it. Its worth it.

The gym is really good too. 24/7 access, well equipped, clean, and spacious.

it is quite a luxery hotel, you got almost everything you need. Great room service, nice good and drink options, near central station, a warm bath and kingsize beds. However there are some less good points about the hotel. The alarmclock is outdated (still uses cd's), internet isn't optimal for online gaming but good enough for messaging and watching Youtube, TV's don't have any hdmi acces in which using a chromecast was sadly not an option and not many outlets to charge your phone ( the one near the bed even had screws in it). But I had a great stay nonetheless.

We choose this hotel to celebrate my sister's birthday last month and we will definitely return. For the occasion, the staff had multiple special attention for us. They were very caring.

We had a spacious room with a great view and a nice bathroom. The hotel is near the train station which is practical.

This one night stay turned two after we had such a great experience. In fact, it could be a return stay later in the month as my little family has enjoyed the food, the facilities, the location to Centraal Station (Rotterdam), the conveniences of everything in the hotel and nearby - it's been perfect. Every meal has been delightful too. OMG those burgers, the salads, and the breakfast croissants and pastries!!!!!! I think what made it perfect was the service and authentic kindness we experienced during our entire stay. Jaco, Patrick, Cynthia, Fredrica, Jeffrey, Anna, and of course, Erol -- we would literally move here in a heartbeat if this is what Rotterdam's culture is like outside the walls of this beautiful hotel. I stayed a couple of times at this hotel to spend some days in Rotterdam. The rooms are clean and big, with essential furniture - once we were offered a free upgrade with access to Executive Lounge (it was amazing). The most important thing is the courtesy of the staff, specifically when it comes to the breakfast and restaurant area! Amazing: everybody is very kind and attentive to the guests requests. Will definitely come back to try the Michelin star restaurant!

As a full-time wheelchair user with a disability, I highly recommend this hotel. The accessible room is outstanding, featuring side bars in the bathroom and a spacious wheel-in shower. The hotel staff was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and polite. Our room was very clean . The hotel's location couldn't be better—it's directly across the street from the central station. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is modern, clean and smells wonderful. Service is amazing and accommodating. 12th floor lounge could be stocked a bit more, but over all my experience was great. Had an 8 course meal by Micheline star chef in their restaurant, which was delicious.
Location was excellent. Highly recommend.

Excellent location near central station and city center. Excellent access tot public transportation (tram, train, metro, taxi) at 75m. (82 yards).
As from 10th floor, nice view of Rotterdam skyline.

It’s very conveniently located near the central station, and also the view is good.
The room we got was really nice and fresh; I loved the colors and neatness, and space.
It provides the impression one would expect from the hotel room - very pleasant.
Another part of our stay which I liked a lot was breakfast. Nice selection of food, perfect poached eggs and pancakes with fresh berries.
I’d love to come to this hotel again.

We used this stunning hotel as our base for a 350-mile bicycle ride up the Rhine River to Frankfurt. I simply cannot praise the staff here enough. We are Marriott customers for life after the kindness and skill of the team here. Bravo!

We arrived after a very challenging day and Jesper turned the mood of the day around within five minutes of our arrival with his service and helpful, positive attitude. The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic, highly walkable location surrounded by great restaurants.

Great location, great service and great room of course. The view from the lounge and higher floor room is incredible. And the price is extremely reasonable comparing to the surrounding. I will definitely come back and stay here again.
