A very pleasant stay in a serene location. Trams available outside the hotel, or water taxi if you prefer. Wonderful food, relaxing spa room with pool, what more could you want. Highly recommended

The room is unique and cozy. Near to good place where you want to at night. Staff were polite. Food are good.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay! The location is superb, right next to the metro lines D&E. My room has a stunning view of the river and the cruise ships. Delicious breakfast with lots of fresh bakery and fruit and veggies. To top it off, the staff are helpful and pleasant. A truly fantastic intro to the beautiful city of Rotterdam!

Very cool hotel close to the city center.
Room was great and spacious, clean and with great view on the canal.
Breakfast had a nice view too, right in front of the canal.
That's a Hilton branded structure FYI.

Beautiful rooms! The view of the water is very beautiful! The swimming pool is spacious enough, but the water is cold... From the hotel it is about a 10/15 minute walk to the center. When you check out you can leave your suitcases guarded. Definitely recommended if you are in Rotterdam!

My blind father with brain injury stayed at this hotel for a week, the staff were very helpful and kind to him, especially the fellow filipina woman named Daphne (thank you very much!). A good and safe hotel with friendly staff!

The tram and metro access is right on the doorstep of the hotel. Great location. Check-in was pretty slow, but the rest was seamless. The room was lovely and had a great view of the canal. For a Saturday night so close to transport, it was surprisingly quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms offer ample space and comfort, and you can enjoy a pool and a cozy sauna. Don't miss the fantastic buffet, which features a wide variety of dishes.

We love it, it would be a go-to hotel whenever we visit rotterdam. Its in close proximity to centrum, yet quite far so it is quiet. View of erasmus burg from the room, esp at night, is gorgeous. Fluffy bed, clean towels. Minus is I think the shower room needs a curtain/door. The water splash and spill over to the dry floor whenever we took bath, making the floor mat soaking wet.

Been there on business, took a waterfront room, was on 3rd floor, the room is great and comfortable, the hospitality is kind and polite, there are vending machines and other services which i didn't had time to check, breakfast is good with plenty of items for food and drinks, located right next to the subway, so access is very good. There is also a bar in the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly, especially the elderly gentleman in the bar. The breakfast was superb - fresh, great variety, nice view.

The hotel is right next to the Erasmus bridge and near (walking distance) most local sights. The rooms aren't large, but not tiny either. You can even get a water sight room, so you'll have the amazing view of the bridge. Staff is friendly and speak multiple languages. We had an included breakfast which was a buffet and was very delicious. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't use the gym and the wellness, but it is there.

Great breakfast buffet. Great relaxation on the 8th floor/ pool, sauna, haman... and hotel has bikes for rental. Go explore!

However...
On the last day I was given a 'premium' room, but TV was not functional and smaller than the regular room. I didn't get it...
Otherwise stay pick regular.

Really beautiful hotel with Amazing View from it. I was been there in last year for 3 months. All the rooms were neat and clean. The view of Erasmus Bridge was awesome from my room on 7th floor. The staff of the hotel was really awesome who always welcoming guests while entering in the hotel. Was really appreciated with one the instance happened in early morning when false fire alarm was ringing due ti which entire building had to be evacuated. But on the same day hotel management kept apology letter in each rooms with complimentary fruit salads and drink.

What a fantastic hotel. Champagne breakfast to die for, comfortable rooms, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness area. Staff were superb and couldn't put a foot wrong. Clean, presentable and efficient. Was difficult to leave but needs must. Will be back in November and again next year for NSJ 2020. Have recommended to friends and will continue to pass on the good word.

Lovely hotel! View to the river from the high floors! Most of the Staff are really nice and helpful. Room is excellent! Comfy, sound proof, great bed, good size.
Restaurant is great and the location also!
