I was there for a drop-in - and felt very welcome. The training was great. I had a lot of fun. I will definitely be back when in Rotterdam again

Dropped in on Friday before playing a show at Worm to shake the nerves out. Very welcoming and clean box with solid coaching and friendly people.

I’m a box owner (CrossFit 305 Miami, CrossFit A1A Miami Beach & CrossFit 262 Wisconsin) and have been doing CF 11 years.

It’s nice to see other people doing a good job. Would definitely recommend for a drop in or membership if local.

Amazing coaches, fluent English, kicked my butt. This gym is super welcoming to drop-ins and gave me plenty of personal attention and encouragement. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!

Great classes and lots of personal attention trainers. You first learn the basics and correct form before you are allowed to continue with the heavy classes. Worth the money!!

Went for a drop-in, they were very nice. Everything explained in English. Good coaches and nice place to do CrossFit.

Take some time to learn the exercises so you can enjoy the workout of the day. Other classes core fit and cross fit are also worth it!

Hele fijne box, goede sfeer en uitdagende workouts.
Nu door de COVID-restricties trainen we buiten op het dak (overdekt en wel!). Door de programmering en de enthousiaste coaches is elke training weer een feestje.
