A beautiful store with very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. The transaction process moved quickly and effortlessly. Esther was very experienced, had lots of good design insights and was very responsive on email and phone. Highly recommend.

This is a gem of a store. For those looking for unique, well-made, and tastefully eclectic and exceptionally designed products for home and office, this is the place to go. Rather than clutter the shop with things, the owners have curated a collection of products that are all exceptional in their design and character and are distinct. I bought some stationary products imported from Japan that one couldn't find elsewhere and, were it not for the limited space in my luggage to take home with me, I would have taken more things with me. The shopkeeper is friendly, knowledgeable and has an eye and background for good design and can provide a story on the products if you want.

Super service! Ik had gordijntjes besteld waar helaas iets mis mee was. Daar kon Esther niks aan doen maar ze heeft me super goed geholpen om het op te lossen. Helemaal blij met de mooie gordijnen die inmiddels hangen :)

Mooie winkel, lieve mensen en prachtige spullen!

Helaas hebben we bij deze winkel wekenlang na moeten bellen over de reparatie van een hier gekochte lamp. Iedere keer kregen we een loze belofte dat we teruggebeld zouden worden, wat vervolgens consequent niet gebeurde.

Ook al is een product via een tussenpartij geleverd waardoor er misschien nog gewacht wordt op een antwoord, dan blijft het een fatsoensnorm om dan minstens even netjes terug te bellen!

Deze ervaring komt exact overeen met de ervaring toen we de lamp besteld hadden en wekenlang niets hoorde, ook na meerdere keren te hebben gebeld (en ook toen weer loze beloftes kregen dat we teruggebeld zouden worden, wat nooit gebeurde) wanneer we nu eindelijk de lamp konden verwachten.

Al met al een ronduit teleurstellende ervaring door deze belabberde manier van communicatie.
