M.b.t. de chatfunctie
Ik ben 2 x een uur of meer kwijt geweest om te proberen via chat mijn defecte Crocs retour te sturen. DOE HET NIET!!
De gesprekspersonen lazen mijn berichtjes niet, begrepen dus mijn vraag niet en lepelden voortdurend standaard teksten op die niet pasten bij het specifieke proces m.b.t. 'defecte goederen' van hun eigen website. Eén beëindigde ook gewoon de chat omdat ik te lang niet geantwoord had terwijl ik een gevraagde mail aan het sturen was.
Ik heb nog gecheckt of het misschien een chatbot was maar mij is verzekerd dat het echt mensen waren aan de chat.
Ik trek nog liever een nagel uit dan dat ik opnieuw ga chatten met Crocs.
Vervolgens ben ik overigen snel (10 minuten) en uitstekend geholpen door iemand aan de telefoon. Hij stuurt nieuwe Crocs zonder dat ik de oude retour hoefde te sturen. Dat is dan weer klasse!
