Truly the go to gym in the northern area of Rotterdam. The building is a bit outdated but it holds a sauna and decent showers, great after an intense workout.

Voor de corona kwam ik al jaren
Ik ben net 2 dagen weer het sporten aan op pakken.
Niet veel veranderd wel mooi geworden nieuwe verf maar ik kwam er altijd al met veel plezier dus zeer goed

Prettige sportschool. Veel verschillende toestellen, fijne sfeer, goed onderhouden en airco. Misschien iets meer begeleiding welkom.

Toffe locatie van F4F. Je komt hier van alles tegen: grote kasten en beginners. Voor ieder is er ook wat wils. Veel keuze uit apparaten, los krachtmateriaal en cardio! Er zijn 3 zalen voor groepslessen. De aerobics geef ik op de 2e etage, de zaal is ruim en de muziek en verlichting werken goed mee!

Goede fitnesschool, niet al te duur, goed onderhouden, vriendelijk personeel, niet al te druk omgeving, genoeg parkeerplaatsen
