CityHub Rotterdam

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. everything is just perfect here. It’s located in the city centre near Rotterdam central and all local sights. A lot of bars and restaurants are close to the hostel. You can stay in excellent spacious, isolated capsules with good sound insulation. Nothing will disturb your peace. The hostel provides several towels and a robe. When checking in, you can choose the upper or lower tier yourself. Everything is opened by a bracelet, which is very convenient. The whole decor is super stylish and modern. The shower has shampoo and shower gel. Wifi is very fast. I’m absolutely amazed by staying here. Definitely I will try to stay at other CityHub hostels in Amsterdam and Copenhagen.

If you don't have a problem with tight spaces, then it's wonderful. Clean, modern, minimalist and limited to the essentials.
The staff was extremely nice and available at any time.
I would particularly like to emphasize the exceptional cleanliness of the shared bathrooms.
The location is also great. You can't escape the bar scene.
Highly recommended for a short trip to Rotterdam!

A very nice hostel. The rooms are private and neat and I loved that you can connect via Bluetooth to the room and put on your own music. The bathrooms and showers are clean and shampoo and soap are included, as well as towels. The common rooms are cozy and spacious.

Our stay at CityHub Rotterdam was great. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The pods we slept in are unique and the beds were super comfortable, especially compared to our previous hostel. The common area is also useful, as the rooms are not big enough to do work in during the day. There also is a microwave and kettle. Clean bathrooms with showers and towels. The location is perfect, right in the city, with stores and bars accessible. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is just perfect. Super service, innovative technological approach, easy check-in, rooms are clean, nice design, there is place for working and chilling. Clean towels, bathrobes in the room. I recommend this place for 1000%. My big respect for people who created that super hostel.

Compact, cozy and super clean rooms with bathrobe, blankets and towels. The lighting inside the room is fancy and can be adjusted using the phone app. Located a km distance from rotterdam central on a popular food and party street and also very close to art museum and Harbour. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice environment and place with very nice people working there always ready to help you with what you need. Clean place and very clean toilets. The pods have their charm. They are small and cozy and for someone alone or a couple it's nice to stay for a few days if you are on vacations and doesn't want to spend to much with stay. I recommend a lot.

I put 5 stars for the Host Emily, me and my girlfriend almost been stolen by drug dealer just next to the hotel, I don't think this center town is specially dangerous but I have the face of a junkie that can be easily stole, lol.
So after explaining this to the host, She went in front of the hotel with us to smoke, she explained that a lot of security guards were in the street and the closer one works with the hotel, and she let the front door open while we were smoking at night to be able to enter quick if something happens.

Without this host, all of our last night would have been boring and wasted

Very clean hotel too, especially the bathroom where you can push a button to ask for a cleaning anytime

The hosts are really helpful. When doing a last minute cancellation, they were really understanding. The bathrooms were clean and the soaps were good quality

Tech oriented hostel at a perfect location, 2 mins walking distance from the metro station. I really liked their rooms design and the way of self check-in. Besides having a bracelet instead of a card was also perfect. I'd recommend this place and most likely this is the first place that I'll be looking for when I'll visit a city in the future.

Great value short stay in Amsterdam. The rooms are a perfect size for two with comfortable beds, adjustable lighting and Bluetooth music (ours unfortunately didn't work.)

It's an excellent location with easy access to public transport to get around Rotterdam. Nice kitchen area to store and heat food and a coffee machine you can use to pay for a morning coffee.

Cityhub staff are at the desk 24/7 for checkins or any other queries.

This place City Hub Rotterdam is awsome. Staff are great. I stayed twice so far ,Megan that the reception is great ,helpful ,kind, and friendly. So are the other people that work here.yes l will be back .

I can't believe such a good facilities n staff always attendable 24 hours available for services, shower n toilets are always clean! I did enjoy the three days stay there!

An affordable place to rest, with a great sense for privacy with the pod system. If you are staying for a couple days, I highly recommend staying here instead of a hostel. The adjustable, color changing lights are a really nice touch and the build-in Bluetooth speakers are great too!
My favorite place to stay in Rotterdam.

Had a wonderful stay :) all the People who work there are very good People and they really care about good customer service. I especially want to point out this one guy who's name is Chris. I felt unsafe outside at night because of something that happened late at night, and he offered me to join me to stay outside while I was smoking a joint, even if he doesn't smoke. He just wanted to make sure that I felt safe in my stay here. This the type of service that make people come back! I stayed for 30 days, im still here and I will definitely come back again next time I'm in rotterdam. :)

Really nice hotel to book. No need to stay with more ppl to pay less for accommodation. You can pay less and have your own double bed. But you don't have a window in your room looking outside. But you do have towels into your room, you do have shampoo and shower gel in showers, you do have bluetooth speakers in your room to play music and chill. You do have space in the fridge if you book for more than a week I believe. You do have microwave and a kettle. Also wooden plates,forks,spoons and venting machines on ground floor for snacks and another venting machine with drinks at the loft. Also alcohol at the bar with a charge of course. Ice machine in the kitchen as well. And a coffee machine to get your warm drinks of course with a charge. Room was quite quiet. I thought it will be noisy as the beds are so close to the other room. Bed is comfortable ish and pillows. Showers allays clean to enjoy a quick wash and there is also a hair drying thing in there. You have a wrist band to get in or open doors and use elevator. And with same wristband you pay for snacks drinks etc you may buy. I was happy with my stay and I had to extend for more days without difficulty. Coffeeshops and cool bars next door staying open till 0400 in the morning. Centraal Station is only 15 min walk. And you have cheap supermarkets in walking distance to buy anything you may need if you don't want to pay for venting machine.
I do recommend this place and will be visiting again maybe Amsterdam next time.

There is a lot of voice at the rooms, not possible to take rest at nights. Therefore the curtains are not good to use.

Kind staff, good place. All sites were clean, its like a hostel but with your private bed. We will repeat.

Cityhub was a very important place for us in our arriving in the Netherlands. We were perfectly well received there and all our specific demands were solved by the very helpful team. The hubs are beautifully designed to be comfortable and cozy. We almost felt in home there :) At last but not least, the location is something!
