This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
This hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the stunning lobby, I was impressed by the sleek design and modern amenities. My room was equally impressive, with smart use of space and thoughtful touches that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The ability to control everything from lighting to temperature with an iPad was a game-changer, adding a touch of luxury to my experience. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its location. Right in the center of everything, I was able to easily explore the city's best attractions without having to go far.
Also it has very fast internet speed.

One of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I have had, especially given the amazing price.

The location is unbeatable - central to everything and right beside a major transit station that can get you anywhere in the city.

Breakfast was aces, and the staff were so nice and helpful. Bonus that you could get food and drink 24 hours a day. Beds were so damned comfortable shower was awesome and yeah room was smaller than North American standards but I think us north Americans have got it wrong - there was everything we needed with way less waste!

We fell in love with Rotterdam and hope to come back and stay asap!

This hotel is great. Perfect location, delicious breakfast (with vegan options), attentive service, clever rooms with loads of storage and an iPad that controls lights / media (and has some thoughtful city recommendations loaded onto it). Really couldn’t fault it.

We were there for our Valentine and it was perfect. The room came with decorations, letter from CitizenM team and also free drink cards for both of us. Can’t complain 💯💯

As a single traveler in town for a music festival, CitizenM was perfect. Location was right next to amazing MatketHal and other Rotterdam attractions, plus very convenient to the metro. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot and cold breakfast was yummy and felt like good value, and appealed to both Dutch and non-dutch breakfast preferences. The bed was in fact very cozy and the black out curtains were in fact black out, which was important given that I was coming home from the festival at 5am.
Obviously it's a small room with only one chair to sit (besides the bed), so not sure how it would work with two. Guess it depends on the nature of the relationship.

Super smart hotel, huge windows and cozy bed. Has everything you need. Very friendly staff who were very accommodating and helpful. Right near the entrance to Blaak station. Only issue was the sink was clogged in my room and it could have a bit cleaner. Nice big co working space. Would stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel during early October. The location is excellent just next to the Rotterdam Blaak station. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good beyond expected. Room was clean. One thing that disappointed me is the shower curtain wasn’t wide enough. The bathroom was very wet after shower.

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved the location . Great staff and everything looks as advertised.
The staff were friendly and Attentive to our needs and requests and always friendly and cheerful no matter the time of the day .
Would highly recommend this location and getting the breakfast as part of your package.

What a great surprise this hotel was! The nicest staff, comfortable and the location is superb (across the street from the Cube houses, right outside of one of the Rotterdam Blaak train station, 2 min from the Markthal).
There was a bit of dust between the bed and the wall, but nothing major.
Free bike rental, which was convenient for us, and also free filtered chilled water (it’s the details).

Excellent location, next to the Blaak train station and the underground. Everything is automated, very fast check-in and check-out, very friendly staff, super innovative hotel, in line with the entire city. We spent 5 days and the only fault is that the rooms are small but I recommend it 100%

This hotel was amazing!

Me and my partner stayed here for a couple of days and we really enjoyed the rooms and the service that we got!

🛏 the room is very nice, at check in we could choose the view! Inside of the room we could choose the lighting and also we could order food and drinks at anytime thanks to the ipad! (Which I haven't seen in any other hotel)
You can even choose when your room gets cleaned.
The only thing we didn't like is that the sink wasn't 100% clean (where the towels were placed) but we didn't really care, we really enjoyed our stay.

🙋‍♀ the service is amazing! They are available 24/7 and they were so kind to help us park the motorbike in the inside parking! Not many hotels have private parking so we really enjoyed that. Also they helped carrying the bags!
Also they provide you with extra things which you get charged of but they are very helpful explaining how it works!

🏘 it's near so many attractions and it's also near Market Hall, so if you are hungry you can also have a 5 minute walk to enjoy your stay in Rottherdam!

❤ Overall I really loved this hotel, I liked also that it has an amazing art gallery in the inside and I would love to come here again!

Amazing all around! Great staff, clean, etc. If you're vegan or looking for tasty yet cheap meals/snacks (great coffee too), walk 10 mins to Veggie Garden Supermarket. This was a great find for us. We either ate there or brought the frozen vegan food back to the hotel and used the microwave. Tasted great and saved us a lot of $ too :D

When I booked this hotel I had no idea what an amazing experience it would be!
The location is brilliant; just by the old harbour, near the Cube houses, over the road from the Markthall and opposite the Blaak train, tram and Metro stations.
The hotel is totally cashless and very modern with lots of quirky touches.
The rooms are large with enormous xl king size beds which are super comfortable. Everything, including the blinds, is operated via the room iPad. The shower is enormous with generous toiletries; you even get 2 different shower gels, one for the morning and one for the evening.
We didn’t have breakfast but did try the pastries, coffee and beer - all really good.
Staff were friendly and knowledgeable; nothing was too much trouble.
We arrived around 11am and asked if we could leave our bags, prior to checking in at 2pm. Five minutes later we were checked and in our room at no extra cost.
I liked the amazing artwork around the hotel and really lovely seating areas.
Other great touches included umbrellas and also cycles available to borrow without charge.
I can’t believe that I didn’t actually take photos of our room but there are lots on the website and on their app.
When you book with CitizenM they do a really good job of keeping in touch and sharing information;it’s very much like being part of the family.
Would I stay at a CitizenM hotel again? Absolutely!

Great location in Center of the city so I not used transport once , massive bed expecially for a solotraveller like me aha. I love how you can control everything in the room on the tablet or on your phone with the app
Would definitely come again if I ever return to rotterdam x

I love this hotel. The people who are working there are very friendly and they so always do their best to help you. It's amazing! I feel myself at home. Everywhere is spotless clean. Great view at the backyard. Good cocktails. Alessia is a great manager. And if I remember right her name was Remsha, she was also great. They both made us laugh a lot.

Great hotel, centrally located. A great food hall, 5 minutes away.
Rooms are compact but smart, with an iPad that controls TV, mood lights etc.
The hotel lounge is decorated/packed with loads of great art. Needs to be seen to believed. Staff are very friendly. Will be returning there next time I'm in Rotterdam.

Hey guys the best hotel experience so far for me, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. The waitress in breakfast has offered a coffe to to good to go customer by the end of the breakfast, what a kind mentality!
Wonderful room. You can change the lights colours dimming close open curtains all electronic.
Everything works perfectly.
Amazing for young visitors with self control devices and all done with a fingertip tap.
I just recommend if there was 10 stars I would have given
