Great experience with good rooms & breakfast. View was a really nice sunset from our terrace but freeway is just right there.. Locally great when zooming through for a one night stay. Parking excellent..

They're putting in new carpets in hallways, which is time. For the rest, lovely typical van der Valk experience, ideal when visiting Rotterdam, and/or the Zoo

I was in an executive suite and very nice it was too. Comfortable furnishings, clean well stocked room and bathroom. I didn't get the chance to explore the rest of the hotel or even the dining areas but they looked of equal quality. Front desk service was unsurprisingly very efficient, polite and friendly. Location was OK for me, about 20minutes by car from where I needed to be. I will certainly have this as my first choice hotel in Rotterdam in the future.

Got an unexpected big and nice room.
Was very clean and polite staff.
The only small minus was the pancakes was burned/stuck in the pot they where laying in.
But it's still a 5 star experience. Will come back.

Truly a dog-friendly hotel. 10€ pet fee and dog is allowed in restaurant on leash.

The room, bed and bathroom were very comfortable, and the staff super friendly.

This hotel chain is known for being a stop on the highway with basic but reliable services. The exceeded my expectations especially food-wise. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here with our group and the selection as well as the quality of the food was very good. My only request would be to consider vegan options to a greater extent.

The room had comfortable beds. There was a rave that disturbed the peace, but due to current regulations it stopped 11pm so was not a problem for sleep. Bathroom was well designed and had all necessities.

Service overall from reception to the restaurant was good and friendly. They were quick to reply regarding reservations and flexible to the needs of our group. Would go back again.

Great rooms, friendly helpful staff. On the edge of the city, but plenty of transport options. Right next to the zoo .

In my view, a 1st class hotel, clean and with an excellent service. Breakfast served is ☆☆☆☆☆. The food in the restaiurant is tasty and with great variation. However, don't take - what they call - Tiramisu, you'd be disappointed if you are well acquainted with this Italien dish!

Only stay of 1 night however nice room and good breakfast. Dinner was just ok and could be bit better if you asked me. Hotel well located with some nice locations on walking distance. 1 suggestion: please keep double parked trucks away from the entry of the hotel but make sure they have access to the back to (un)load

Nice Hotel with great hosts. I Like the room with enough space and desk to work (free wifi but low rate... forget your VPN access 😣). Bed is amazing, very comfortable. Especially in summer, check the right seasonal side of the mattress !!! Restaurant is ok but surely you will prefer to go in Rotterdam at about 10 minutes by car.

Very nice hotel in Rotterdam. It has all the comfort you need for a short vacation or for the bussines trip. You can reach the city in 10 minutes wirh the car and a Parking is beside the hotel and ir costs 4 euros for one day. I can just recomand it.

It is a beautiful hotel. The staff are super courteous and amazing. It is near a sports complex, so if you're a sporty person, this is the perfect place for you!

Very clean room , silent at night , friendly staff good food. 1 minus Point restaurant opens late. (20h30.... )

i can’t complain about this place. all the staff were helpful and welcoming, the superior suite was immaculate and homely. the location is ideal, whether you’re going for a business trip or family holiday.

I loved this hotel. Everything you needed in you room even a English socket to plug your things into . I have never seen so many Christmas trees in one hotel before really nice
