This place is a gem there are small rooms with small beds but it's safe and secure and they care about their guests. He breakfast is a good selection and if I ever. Ome back I would love to stay here!

It's nice to stay in Hotel van Walsum. The room is just perfect when you are travel alone. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. I love their pastry that they serve while breakfast.

Lovely hotel close to Rotterdam city centre. We stayed in room 2 and it was perfect. We loved the outdoor area that could be accessed directly from our room. Staff were all friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a lovely stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even though the room was quite small, it had all the amenities that you would expect at a 3 star hotel including a fridge, a coffee maker, a teapot, and a safe. The hotel staff was very friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent. This is definitely a hotel that I can recommend.

A very well managed boutique hotel

The hotel is within the walking distance of all attractions in Rotterdam. We were greeted very warmly when we arrived at the hotel. Although the hotel is undergoing renovations, there was no noise to disturb us. The room we stayed in the first night was facing the road, so we were somewhat disturbed by the vehicle noise from the road. In the morning, I reported the situation to the receptionist,(whose name I learned was Saida) and asked for a room without road noise. She took care of us in an extremely friendly and warm manner and arranged us a larger and comfortable room at no extra charge. There is a coffee machine of high quality in the room, also a kettle for tea. The beds are very comfortable and sheets are very clean. Just maybe an overhaul of the bathrooms would be better.
Breakfast was excellent. The breads served freshly baked and delicious. In addition, there was a wide variety of fresh products at the breakfast, all of which were very tasty. We stayed in this hotel for two days and we were very pleased. If we come to Rotterdam again, we will definitely come again to this hotel run by these friendly people.

Very comfortable, spacious and beautiful room, friendly stuff and location close to the city centre. We stayed only one night, but we will definitely choose it again when in Rotterdam. The only problem was Renovation works, bit we were informed about it beforehand.

very clean and very nice. the staff is very good and they take care of whatever you need right away. There is one blonde lady, she is very helpful and very helpful. When I look at her face, it is as if she is telling me how beautiful life is, thank you all. simply amazing

Clean rooms and toilets, housekeeping does a good job. The rooms include anything you need in a accommodation. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was always good. The hotel is located pretty central and and the price is reasonable. Been here my second time and I can recommend.

Lovely room, near tram stops and cafes, about 20mins walk from main rail station. Friendly staff.

Spacious rooms with art nouveau designs visible at the corners. The service is excellent and you can also get small dinners on weekdays. Souo and fries are excellent. I had a wonderful stay there

For me, this hotel is located in an ideal spot; the rooms are very clean; staff are polite and friendly and always ready to assist in making the experience of the guests a memorable one - the staff have projected total professionalism.

Great place! Location is just a few minutes walk from Museumpark, there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores around. Our room was very clean, the bed is also very comfortable.

We booked a family room which was spacious with access to the garden,this was wonderful. Nice breakfast with lot of variety and helping staff.

Lovely "dated" hotel with comfotable "dated" rooms. If you can't get enough wi-fi to support 2 devices in one bedroom then perhaps you should try another activity. This is a well run hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We've just spent a great weekend here. Can't fault it. Unless you want "modern"- in which case find a Novotel.
