ibis Rotterdam City Centre

It was one of the best stays I’ve had in a hotel the vibes are great and the staff are extremely nice! I sat in the reception for a bit and had a great conversation with them. The service was great! Comfortable beds with clean sheets for when I came back. The location is brilliant, in walking distance of every public transport! And the area feels safe and very quiet at night making for an excellent sleep.

I thank Ivi and Shimen for their service and their kindness, I needed the kettle and a radiator, in a few minutes they were assembled in the room and brought me everything I needed!! very kind and smiling!!
25€ for a early check in is a little too mutch

Very friendly and reasonable reception team. Requested a canal view in the booking not thinking I would actually get it. Was pleased at check in to find that I was able to. Room had nice decor with a great view. Not to mention, hotel ideally located. Would definitely recommend

My family stayed here for the weekend. Perfect location for a short stay. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Locations feels very nice and safe. It looks like a newer hotel. Lobby and rooms are
modern. Staff also friendly. We had a triple which was a spacious corner room with view of the water. Overnight parking in underground lot for €24 for 24 hours. Convenient that there is a Jumbo across the street.

Good and beautiful location. I've got a double bed room with a nice view of the canal and Wijnhaven street. The kettle was not in the room, but you can ask for it at the desk and they kindly provide it. Great shower, wifi was good enough as well. It was quiet in the hotel and the room is soundproof enough to not hear the neighbor rooms (can hear sounds from corridors but that's expected). No smart tv if that matters.

The price per night was lower than many other hotels in the center in the similar category. A bit far from Rotterdam central, but very close to Markthal, Oudehaven & Cubehouses. Still it was easy to get to the central shopping streets.

Just a couple of mins from all transports facilities and city center with all other facilities around.
Personnel is really kind & willing to help, rooms are clean even if small, you'll find everything you need to start Rotterdam discovery.

Great location in Centrum of Rotterdam. Only a few minutes walk to Markthal, Jumbo supermarket just across the canal, and less than 20 minute walk to Erasmus bridge. Comfortable, quiet rooms. You can also rent bicycles at the hotel on a daily basis. Have a car? Parking in the deck around the corner for €24/day.

Location is very nice, in the Centrum of Rotterdam with lots of facilities around like a supermarket or the big mall with lots of food stand inside. The train station is 20-30 minutes walking.
The rooms were super cozy, good point is that the double bed is indeed a single matress, negative point is the safe door was in my opinion on the wrong side but it's just a detail.
If I have to come back I'll prolly going to book again.

I had booked the ibis rotterdam city centre for my brother in law and i as we were going to a party at the nearby maassilo venue at the beginning of december.

I have stayed at many ibis hotels across europe so knew what to expect. However the staff here went above and beyond. They allowed us to put our bags into storage the evening before we were due to stay, arranged a taxi for us to the event whilst we had a couple of drinks in the bar.

The following morning when we arrived to actually check in assistance was given to my brother in law in charging his phone, they called the room when it was done. More towels were also freely given.

The hotel, bar area and facilities were clean, tidy and welcoming.

Great hotel in the heart of rotterdam, close walking distance to a few major landmarks in Rotterdam. Including a metro station that can get you anywhere in the city

The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. Including a routine change of beds and cleaning of the rooms.

My third stay here and it was pleasant. Staff friendly and room very comfortable with good views of the city. Outside need to be checked and cleaned more frequently..

Nice hotel in a well sound location, getting to it is easy enough either walking or public transport only a short walk to a tram stop, staff are friendly and the place is clean and comfortable, can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have any.

Very central location with a large car park just next to the hotel. Very clean and nice friendly staff.

It's a budget hotel that doesn't feel that budget. Excellent location in the centre of Rotterdam and most sights and attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was good with quite a few options for a budget hotel and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Some rooms have some nice views over the canals too. Stayed here for a couple of nights for business.

No tissue box in the room only toilet paper. Also there's no refrigerator inside the room which Will make a huge difference in Summer.

A very nice and comfortable ibis. The location is very convenient. A tip for breakfast: if you would like a change to the hotel breakfast try Harvest Coffee Brewery. It is five minutes away on Glashaven street. Great service and delicious food.

Rooms size is just nice for 2 of us. The window facing room gives us natural light every morning and it's a good space with a desk to do some thinking and reflecting work.

Service is good and helpful throughout our 1 week stay.

Location is central enough to every where within 8km radius. We walked a lot and take the trams when we are going more than 5 stations away from the hotel.

The nearest station is Blaak.

The service was great I would like to thank Cheeyleen for her support. She was the kindest receptionist ever. Should get a promotion. Besides that the hotel is really in the center of the city. The rooms were clean and the price for the hotel appropriate.
