H2OTEL Rotterdam

Great staff, and location. Our room was small but we're thrifty types. We a little misinformed about the water bus not being available Sundays, but we figured out they were. Hanging on the dock was the best. Great place to unwind with a beer. Thanks for the first night complimentary cava. Perfect start.

We always try to stay in properties with a character and H2OTEL has 100% delivered it. As soon as we arrived, we were surprised why it wasn't 4 stars. The service, the rooms, the facilities were absolutely amazing. This hotel will absolutely be my first choice of place to stay in if I visit Rotterdam again.

Stayed in a terrace room and really enjoyed it. Very polite and efficient staff. Great breakfast too.

Nice hotel, central location.
Staff is super friendly and provides top service: the slightest mention of a problem is immediately picked up and fixed right away.
Hotel itself is somewhat tired looking here and there but gives an overall good impression. Very clean also.
Rooms are rather difficult to keep on a nice temp but well equipped and cozy.
Breakfast is the classic continental buffet with a wide variety of choises.
Can recommend!

Due to a defective heating system, we spent the night at the H2Otel while it was being repaired. The hotel is located almost around the corner from where we live. Good welcome, punctual reception, nice room, excellent dinner!!, delicious meal, excellent breakfast, in short, a fantastic solution for us. An excellent value for money. We have sent guests to this hotel in the past, but have now experienced it for ourselves. A very positive experience.

Location is in the heart of the City. Rooms are great with a view. We were here for anniversary and they did everything to make it memorable. Fantastic service from the staffs.

Beautiful boat in a beautiful location unfortunately they were fully booked due to a concert and football match but I will stay there when I return. The staff were so friendly and helped us find another hotel for the night.

Pretty surprised about the location of this H2OTEL. In one word perfect. We went by car and also pakingspace had been arranged for a normal price. Also if you go by train it is only a 10 minute walk from Trainstation Blaak. Room are good enough, a good bed, nice shower and we had also booked the terras. I would recommend it (especially in the summer ;-)

Great people, wonderful surrounding, a complete romantic breakfast and an incredibly beautiful terrace!

My one week stay was great! The staff is extremely helpful. They helped me a lot with directions and advices about what I should to in order to rent for long term. The rooms are really nice and the view is great. I totally recommend the restaurant, especially the full menu. 10/10.

Love the place, especially there bar. The view is amazing. The rooms are comfortable, have everything what is needed. Great personnel. Do not have any complaints, recommend it for sure.

The atmosphere inside the hotel was great, staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. Nice experience to sleep on the boat, looking out onto the water and the houses around was very nice.
Breakfast is lovely made - you feel that the lady preparing it loves her job.
Looking out from the windows during breakfast is super. There is a platform with flowers and seats in front of the breakfast room - it must be incredibly awesome to sit there in summer 🥰🥰 (we stayed there in late November).

A fantastic place, especially for travellers. The rooms were bigger than thought they would be and it was so cool to be on the water in the middle of the city. Easy location to get to with all the sight seeing and unique spots right on the doorstep. Staff were lovely and helpful, and the on-site bar had some great food and drinks. Can't wait to come back and deffo recommend!

What a surprise it was to find out that the hotel is actually a big boat. The location is perfect, close to the Metro station and also to the sprinter train to travel to other cities. Room was clean, the staff is very polite and willing to help. A fantastic hotel so far.

My stay in the hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean , the staff were polite and always helpful. The breakfast was full of healthy options. I will definitely prefer it again !

What a lovely hotel!!!
The rooms are of decent size and clean. Only comment I could think of is that there are 6 pillows on the bed: all soft and fluffy while I like my pillow to be more firm.
Staff is very friendly and the bar/restaurant is very cozy and looking out over the water.
Breakfast is good. I love the mini-jars with portioned cereals and there is a lot of variety.

Awesome hotel, Great location and price, The bar has good food and the staff are friendly.
Rooms are nice and have an awesome aircon, The only issue we had was our shower was not draining very well, Given we’re on the lower deck of a boat I wasn’t expecting anything amazing and staff had no issues giving us a few extra towels in case the floor got wet, The shower was good pressure and hot, we also had geese outside our windows most mornings which were cool
