Room Mate Bruno Hotel

I absolutely loved the beautiful design of this place! The room was spotless and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Plus, the location was super convenient and easy to get to. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Amazing design hotel, brand new, very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and beautiful interior. Comfortable king size bed. Nice view from top floor.

Parking a bit pricey €25 per night.

Really great hôtel. Modern. Great location, complete breakfast and spacious rooms. Only inconvenience was some noisy customers at 3am. Instead of demanding clients to be discrete in respect of the community they propose ear plugs at the réception. Probably modern society thing... but great hotel !

Luxury category hotel with a practical and spacious room. The bed was a real comfortable bed. The hotel is located not far from the center on the other side of the magnificent Erasmus Bridge. Breakfast was satisfying with plenty of food. There was also the pancake machine and food for all tastes. The staff was professional and friendly.

We loved our stay in the family duplex room. It's so nice to find a hotel that's got rooms which allow space for children and parents rather then the children simply being on a sofa bed.
For our youngest it was lovely that the cot was already in the room as requested (we often have to chase hotels for a cot even when it's been requested) it also had a lovely thick mattress at the bottom.
If we return to Rotterdam we wouldn't hesitate staying at Room mate Bruno again

I recently stayed at the amazing Bruno Mate Hotel in Rotterdam, and let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I could see how clean and well-maintained everything was.

The room I had was spotless, and guess what? They had a fan and an iron! It's the little things that make a difference, right? Having those amenities made my stay super comfortable. They had one of the best breakfast spreads I've ever encountered. And let me tell you, those sweet fruits were incredibly tasty.

Location-wise, Bruno Mate Hotel is in a prime spot. I had no trouble getting around the city, thanks to Google Maps. Exploring Rotterdam was a breeze, and it was always a relief to find my way back to the hotel without any fuss.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in the cleaning. Additionally, the location is perfect for exploring the city - I was able to walk to all the major attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Great location next to Rotterdam Cruise Ship Terminal & Erasmus Bridge. Nice breakfast from 8 till 11, lovely polite staff. The room was incredible, with big soft beds with nice pillows and a gorgeous view. Highly recommended, affordable prices.

Modern hotel with amazing facilities. Common spaces offer heaps of lovely spots to rest. They offer free coffee for all guests (a couple of coffee machines dotted around the place plus a pod machine in your room), access to a gym and sauna plus complementary water/iced tea and pastries in reception. Beds were very comfortable and the blinds were completely black out. We had the best sleep during our stay! Bathroom offered shampoo, conditioner, soap and a great hairdryer.
5 minute walk to closest station which will get you to Rotterdam Centraal in under 10 minutes.

Breakfast was quite pricey at around €25 per head. Other than that, can’t fault it!

Everything about my stay at Room Mate Bruno was perfect, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left.

The room was amazing. I was fortunate to get an upgrade upon my arrival from a basic double to a standard exterior double. The room was a good size with all the amenities you need. It was clean and remained cleaned throughout my stay. The bed was huge!!

The staff always welcomed you with a smile. It got to the point where I was looking forward to see the cleaning staff every morning on my way out. There was one staff member in particular who was very helpful when I was checking out - I've forgotten her name. Despite being very busy she went out of her way to get someone to help me collect my luggage, which they were storing for me. It's a small gesture but one that saved me time and meant I wasn't rushing to get my train home.

The location was ideal and convenient for all tourist attractions and restaurants. The nearest Metro is only a couple of minutes walk away. The main attractions are in walking distance via the Erasmus Bridge. The area in which the hotel is based, Wilhelminakade, is a great place to hang out and relax by the river.

The hotel doesn't have it's own restaurant, but Foodhallen is in the same building and delicious food from an array of vendors.

Great experience, cosy and well-equipped rooms, awesome breakfasts and extremely friendly and helpful Staff. They helped with unusual issue with car and had no problem with that. Thanks a lot!

This Hotel was simply the best Hotel I've been in the past 3 years and believe me, I travel alot! I stayed here on a business trip. The room was amazing!!!!!! The staff was extremely nice and caring, breakfast was incredible. I didn't wanna leave! The shower was a dream and the balcony off my bedroom was the cherry on the icing. I will gladly come back and recommend it 💯 %

A lovely, bright, modern hotel with friendly and cheerful staff. Excellent Lavazza coffee in each room. Perfect! I would definitely recommend and it is attached to the Foodhallen so you can easily get food of any type you fancy.

We were torn between getting an airbnb and spending out a bit more for a nice hotel and I'm so glad we chose the latter. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were excellent. The hotel is very nicely furnished and our family room was huge and perfect for what we wanted. The location is great, right next to a Metro station and close to lots of great restaurants with stunning views.

My only slight critic was that our water and drinks in the minibar were not replenished at all during our stay which surprised me. As the wine had not been replenished we requested a bottle of wine from the reception and it was not very nice at all, in fact we left it which is very unlike us.

Other than that, the hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay, thank you x

I love this hotel. The rooms are colourful, big and comfy. The service is great. The area is great as well, a little quieter than city center but you are in the heart of town in 7min with metro or tram. Great restaurants in the area. When booking, ask for a room overlooking the water with french balconies.

What a beautiful place. The staff was always helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay here, the room was large and clean, it was quiet and city center was about a 30 minutes walk away or 2-3 stops on the metro. Keep in mind that the room has an open space bathroom, it was a bit unusual to me. It has the Foodhallen street food market downstairs which is really convenient for food and drinks. If you'd rather go to a quieter bar, try their patio bar. We arrived at around 11pm for check in and the staff was very accommodating. We'd stay there again!

Amazing experience at Room Mate Bruno. I didn't have a reservation and was very pleasantly received and checked in quickly at the front desk by Roos with no fuss and very welcoming coversation. Beautiful room, everything I needed and more for my short stay. Incredibly comfortable giant bed, and strong shower. Design of the hotel is beautiful, very modern and fun. Breakfast was great, especially friendly staff and lots of options. Really appreciated the attention to detail and the wonderful team at Bruno. Tamara at the front desk was more than helpful. I will definitely return!
