Supernova Hotel

We had a fantastic experience during our stay in the SuperNova Hotel, Rotterdam.

First of all, all staffs here were super nice and friendly. They are also super helpful and considerate regarding all our extra requests.

Then there is the location. The hotel locates near several major tram lines, which allowed us to travel around the city of Rotterdam quite easily.

The only small downside was seats and sofa in the room. They were not that comfy.

Definitely will stay in the Supernova Hotel next time we are to have our vacation in Rotterdam.

Cool, vibrant and welcoming decor when you enter, with extremely knowledgeable & friendly staff to greet you. The room was very clean and the bed so comfy!
There is a snug library with games to play & the bar offers a great range of drinks.
Breakfast is served buffet style and features continental items, including fresh pastries & eggs made to order.
You can hire Bikes for free from the hotel and they can arrange most bookings & trips for you.
The location is perfect for city exploring & only a short walk to the train station.
Highly recommended.

Great new hotel, with young vibe and a nice lounge area. Round the corner from a lively area with bars and vintage stores, so the location is perfect.

The room was amazing - a wonderfully comfortable bed on a raised platform behind a glazed screen with a good living area. The bathroom was spotless and well designed, with excellent water pressure. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the free hire bikes made exploring the city a breeze.

Modern, impeccable rooms and hotel finished to a high standard. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant design focused hotel. Super friendly and kind staff. Room was great, powerful aircon and good shower. Hotel also has a lift which is useful (and rare!) sometimes in smaller Dutch buildings. Breakfast spread was good (would love to see a few more options like avocado and plant based yogurt). A lovely stay overall, will definitely make it our base in Rotterdam for future trips.

Absolutely loved our short stay. Our room (107) was very comfortable and clean. Although on the road side we didn;t hear any traffic due to insulation. The bed was mega comfy too!

Can't say a bad thing about this boutique hotel; we loved our stay at Supernova Rotterdam. The room and hotel was very elegant and perfectly clean. The rooms were big with remarkably comfortable beds and good pillows. The location was great, lots of restaurants within walking distance. We felt very safe. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Great laundry facilities. We loved the bike rental included in the stay. Definitely worth the more expensive price.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. From the beginning the communication and the attention to make an early check in was perfect. The room is spacious and the design is very nice. I recommend it for couples. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel, very centrally located, beautiful modern design, super lovely staff, delicious breakfast and wonderfully comfortable rooms, super clean, wonderful beds and our room even had a record player. We can highly recommend this beautiful hotel! Perfect base to explore Rotterdam. Especially as you can also borrow bikes!

We had most wonderful time at Supernova. The room was very comfortable and designed with great taste. I especially fell in love with the modern bathroom design:)

Also the lobby area and the restaurant are very cozy places to hang out, have a coffee or a cocktail.

The hotel stuff is extremely accommodating and helpful. Which definitely adds a lot of positive experience.

The hotel itself is located close to the center, which makes it very convenient if you’d like to have a nice walk around Rotterdam.

Very special hotel, hyper-design and clean with a very friendly atmosphere, hyper friendly staff and high-tech features such as electronic keys available on your smartphone. Very good breakfast. Only minor issue: not enough light in the stairs (may be tricky for less valid persons) and in the rooms.

This is the cutest boutique hotel. It’s a minimalist style. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. The “buffet breakfast” isn’t worth 17 euros in my opinion so I passed, and I would have loved to have had a suitcase rack, but I still would both recommend, and stay here again if I return to Rotterdam. The hotel is near the center, and walking distance from many businesses and restaurants.

Stayed at the Supernova Hotel in Rotterdam recently while looking for an apartment. The location is perfect (10min walk from central station). The room was spacious, modern and clean. Extremely comfortable and high quality mattress and bedding. The hotel itself is quite small but with a very unique design and atmosphere. You can tell a lot of effort was put into details, music, fragrances. The staff is very attentive and friendly, always willing to answer questions and they speak fluent English! They also have a self-service laundry facility and bikes for renting. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway or short-term stay!
