What an amazing family run hotel, rooms great size maybe need a bit updating but worked well for us. Having a balcony or terrace was a lovely addition. All staff so friendly couldn't do enough for you. Felt very home from home. Close to train station and a lot of the attractions

Small function hotel at a great price. Nice little bar reasonable breakfast choices. Room was a little dated but very functional and clean, bed was very comfortable.

Hotel have lift, but at front have stair only two step so no problem about that. Room is clean but fan in ceiling bathroom very dirty, but bathroom is very clean. The first arrive they upgrade my room to twin bed with bathtub, in room no Air conditioning, but I coming around Sept it's no need AC, window in room can open, and very quiet in night.have refrigerator too. Location hotel is very good, only 2 minute is dirk supermarket and the front dirk supermarket have Albert heijin supermarket, go to 5 minutes is tram and metro, the front of tram is food area Dan mall, is very nice. Very close to Rotterdam central station
You can walk around 20m (1.7 km) to hotel is very nice.

The location is very good, the rooms are big and warm. Very kind staff! I recommend, I would stay there again.

Nice. Clean. Well located in the center. Not the most stylish modern one u can go but well kept and good value for money. Recommended!

The surroundings are super quiet, though you can hear the water running from the other rooms. Overall it was a great experience and served the purpose of my one night stay :) friendly staff, Very good breakfast!

Pretty good location, very close to pedestrian area and some of city's attractions. Staff was very kindly and professional, especially lady that worked at breakfast area, she proposed additionally few types of eggs to each guests. By the way, breakfast were provided in very cozy atmosphere, even not having a lot of options to eat, there was candles and tulips at each table, played good music, we liked it too much! Balcony availability. Hearing is available.

Maybe not the most fresh renovation at rooms. And with couple of slippers we could be more happier here, but it's not something critical. Also, you need to leave keys when all room guests leaving hotel, it's not very convenient for us (at all hotels doing that) - just for whom it could be a concern.

Hotel beautifully located very central, close to very cheap food. A friend from Rotterdam told me it'd be perfect for a visit. Family run business with a 24h reception and very nice breakfast which is included in the room price. Room had two single beds instead of one double as requested, but this was quickly resolved. Tiny, nothing special, but worth the money. I'll be back!

Lovely place to stay. Almost in the center of the city. Fresh paint and nice interior. Personally, I do not expect such a service for this price. Rooms are clean and bright, tasty breakfast. Probably, the best price/value I ever had.

Stayed here for a work conference and it more than met my needs. Clean, efficient sized single room with friendly staff. Appreciated that I didn't need to look after the key. I read online on some other reviews that they don't run the heating the night through but I didn't notice any issues despite being there in mid December

Very charming hotel near the city centre with a beautiful restaurant room downstairs. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is delicious! We came by car and could park it in a garage box across the street (15€ per day). Absolutely loved our stay there!

Great staff!! Comfy rooms and the breakfast was ok. Should switch up a little. But I give it 5 stars cause everything was wonderful.

one of the best 3 star hotels of Rotterdam. great location, short walk to public transport, supermarkets, Bars and Musea, friendly staff, fast and secure WiFi, very clean rooms.

Perfect check in with a lovely receptionist, clean rooms nice linen, good little bar. All in all a very nice hotel. Well worth a visit when going to Rotterdam.
