Very friendly and efficient service. I went there to pick up an item I had reserved online and I was helped almost immediately. People are polite, to the point and attentive. The store is also clean and well organized.

Good overall experience. The staff were attentive and friendly and they had the product we wanted in store. You do need to get a ticket from the colume type machine at the front of the store and wait for your number to be called if you want service though.

I tried buying my Apple Watch at me… another retailer, but after they tried adding bogus surcharges, I jumped online and bought it without hassle online from Coolblue. Picked it up right away. They did ask me if there was anything else I needed but accepted my polite decline.

At the store I could pick up the E-reader I wanted and the people at the store were really nice and friendly and knew what they were talking about.
It was a hot day and I even got something to drink, so that was very nice.

Always helpful and informative, they are not trying to pull the wool over your eyes with highest prices and all. They look at your needs with a specific item and filter it away to help you guide to the product best suitable.

I always get treated kindly and expertly at the shop. Whether it is about something I am knowledgeable about or not, there is always great care to answer any questions I have.

It's like Coolblue has an OCD for customer satisfaction. Everything about Coolblue is well thought out. From the website to the physical store, everything is true to their identity.

The store had a nice host who helped you on your way. During the wait you can browse around some of the products that they sell. It's advised however, to order ahead. They don't have everything in their storage. Ordering a day before allows them to ship it from their central warehouse.

The person helping us was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. He provided additional advice and tips, in other stores they want you out of the store as soon as possible. Here they work fast but not rushed.

My favorite store, by far.

They only reason why I buy my expensive electronics at this company, is because of their excellent service and flexibility. Never had problem when my product was damaged during usage and they always have a solution. Keep going, you deserve to be an example in service for others!
