Highly recommend Your Home Makelaar, and most specifically, Diederick Hoorn. I have sold a few houses over the last year, both in the Amsterdam and Gooi region.
Diederick and his team are the most professional and best real estate agency I have ever worked with. He’s professional, knowledgeable, really thinks and works along with you as client. He won’t settle/choose the easiest way, but instead, he’ll opt for what is best for you as a client. This is very rare as 99% of the real estate agents will choose a strategy to avoid doing extra work. Furthermore, the office staff is extremely nice as well – fast, efficient and kind. Highly, highly recommend!!

The team didn't hesitatee to inform me about any downsides to certain viewings which I really appreciated and allowed me to make a really targeted offer. During the entire search, it was clear that Yourhome wanted to help me with a home that suited me, and not necessarily the first one that became available.

I left the bidding process completely in Michael's hands, with the result that I only made an offer for one property, which was quickly accepted.

Your Home makelaars is a real estate company manage by a young team and that should not be mistaken for a lack of experience, absolutely not because they are thorough, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and energised to sell your property in the most organised, fair and no nonsense way. I found Your Home via google search and was interested in their good reviews but reserved judgment until I met with them, my agent was Michael. On meeting Michael for the first time and discussing my property and the market I was not only reassured but optimistic in selling my home. I was kept informed every step, I was guided with sensible advice and judgment in choosing who to sell to and Your Home as a collective team really operate as a team by stepping in to fill in any schedule that perhaps might otherwise be delayed when Michael had to attend to another appointment, they work closely together to ensure your home is sold in time and in order. They provide a full 360 service, (including photography and interior styling) and every member was a delight to communicate with. I felt respected and valued as a client, Your Home made what is a normally viewed a stressful life choice to sell a home, an experience that was very smooth. Being a non native, who doesn't speak Dutch, it was extremely important to me that I felt I could ask as many questions as necessary and Your Home were very patient and understanding. I would gladly recommend Your Home to anyone looking to sell their property, you will be in safe hands. I only wish more companies had the same work ethic and service ethos as Your Home.

Laura en ik zijn super geholpen met de aankoop van onze woning. Na de tip te hebben gekregen van een kennis hebben wij een kennismaking gehad met Michael. De aankoop heeft nog geen twee maanden geduurd. Yourhome heeft ons snel en goed geholpen bij vragen die we hadden. Ze waren bij elke bezichtiging en gaven ons eerlijk advies, ook bij een no go. Van kijken... naar bieden... naar kopen... binnen 60 minuten… gewoon omdat het kan!

Bijna onwerkelijk om in hartje Amsterdam in deze tijd wél tegen een marktconforme prijs een huis te kunnen kopen, onder de bezielende leiding van Michael Wielenga.

Maar daar begon het feest pas! Een week later waren ook de bouwkundige inspectie, de taxatie, de hypotheekaanvraag én het voorlopig koopcontract al getekend. Weer een week later was de hypotheek rond en bankgarantie afgegeven. Binnen 6 weken had ik na de bezichtiging de sleutels in handen en was alles afgehandeld bij de notaris.

Verkoop verliep vlot en vlekkeloos.
Credits hiervoor naar het team en in het bijzonder naar Michael en Lisa. Er was meteen een duidelijk plan van aanpak waarin ook goed is geluisterd naar onze wensen.
Vanaf dag 1 werden wij goed geïnformeerd over alle nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Zakelijk als het moet, informeel als het kan en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Dit alles heeft geleid tot een meer dan goed resultaat!

Dit is een makelaar die echt het beste met je voor heeft. Samenwerking met Michael is meer dan perfect. Adviseert ook woningen niet te kopen als daar een goede reden voor is. Na een lange zoektocht een woning aangekocht en dit was 100% de beste keuze van alle bezichtigingen. Maken continu tijd voor je en schuiven met afspraken om bezichtigen binnen enkele dagen in te plannen en kort op de bal te zitten.

Voor de verkoop van mijn woning kom ik terug bij Michael en voor een nieuwe aankoop ook!
