I Am Real Estate is a female run & founded power company that I am so grateful for. A month ago I was desperate for a new home as I had a sudden break up with the person I was living with, my friend sent me this company & I liked how young and approachable they seemed. I saw they had already helped some people I knew so I trusted it enough to sign up. Literally 2 hours later I get a call from Robin asking me what I'm looking for, 30 mins later my phone blows up with all these pictures of gorgeous available appartments within my budget! We set up a viewing date immediately and I fall in love with a particular home. Within only 2 weeks, Robin & Anita secured the home for me :) It was not easy to get this home for me as the Amsterdam market is very difficult, but I Am Real Estate genuinely worked day and night to get this settled, Robin would even call me at 8 pm, that's how hard she works. I could text them all day and their tone was always kind and approachable. They seemed very gracious and grateful towards my cooperation as well which made it feel like we truly worked together. I'm moving into my new home in a month (I got to pick the date myself!!) and I can not wait to tell everybody about I am Real Estate and buy Robin & Anita a nice bottle of wine :)

I would 100% recommend this agency to anyone I know who is searching for housing in Amsterdam. The day after our first apartment viewings, we had secured a beautiful (and brand new) apartment at an affordable price. This is a great real estate agency to be with —especially if you are a non-Dutch person trying to navigate the Amsterdam housing market.

I AM REAL ESTATE was instrumental in finding us a home in Amsterdam. Tanja was prompt in communicating whenever there was a property to view. At one point, we were getting desperate and lowering our bar. But Tanja advised us to keep searching, and ultimately, it paid off! Anita and Tanja are experienced professionals who know the market mechanisms. I valued Tanja's personal advice and video calls during and after she showed us properties. I don't think we could have managed to find a home without them unless I had camped here for weeks.

I am real estate helped me found the house in a quite area with lake view which I was expecting. Tanja and Anita answered the question patiently. Although could have checked with owner in advance for cleaning before move-in but everything else went absolutely well.

Excellent service that can definitely be recommended. Within a few days we found exactly what we were looking for. Our contact person was very friendly, highly committed and easily reachable for every question.
