Great service. I returned my order in the store, but I did not receive a confirmation or refund at first. After contacting the service email, I received a refund the same day and almost immediate response by email.

I didn’t go inside but it was my first time seeing it in Europe. After this one I went into each one I would run into. They have sales on last of sizes and if you are lucky to have the item stocked then buy it! Don’t hesitate to check it out regardless of customer service lol.

We had a faulty pair of Nike shoes from my daughter, and although tough to get to the right person, I was finally referred to the store manager. Of course they need to be thorough in selecting how to respond to service requests, but in the end they refunded us the full amount for the shoes. One can either focus on the bad parts of their approach or just enjoy the result of your effort and patience. Five stars for me, well done, we will continue to be your customers!

Very interesting selection which is quite unique in the city. The staff is very friendly although its usually quite busy. I also once ordered shoes from their London location to be delivered here which worked like a charm

Very nice and exclusive sneakers. Clothes are upstairs and a few downstairs. I bought a Stüssy jacket for 60€ on sale. The original price was 140€!! I will definitely come back.

Not cheap, but with sneakers from New Balance, Addidas, Nike, etc. what do you expect ;-)
