I have been waiting exactly 28 days for just two pairs of shoes I bought online from here on December 4th. I wanted to get them as a Christmas present and I spent over $200 on them because of having to convert from Euros to US Dollars and international shipping and I’m left with nothing to show for it. I tried to email and call and contact my package and no one and nothing has helped me. I really wanted to support this business/company but how can I when I don’t even know why my package has been stuck in customs in Chicago for days now?? This is really stressful and I still don’t have the shoes. Please someone at Warrior Shanghai help me out here and her back to me.
