I brought my bike twice to this shop for 2 different issues and they provided me a high level of service. They are really insightful when it comes to bicycles and their services are reliable. Both times my bike was fixed successfully and efficiently. Prices are correct as well. I highly recommend them. I live in Amsterdam but it's quite easy and fast to go to the shop.

Slob is a very pleasant person. I bought a bicycle in another shop earlier and felt uncomfortable riding it. Slob made some adjustments to the handlebar and the seat and didn’t charge me anything. Very happy with his service. The bike is much more comfortable to ride now. Thank you:)

I bought a second hand bike from them a while ago. Since then, I had to go back to get something fixed twice. Both times, the service was quick and free, simply incredible. I’m still really happy with my purchase and recommend Beterfietsen to everyone!

I came to the shop with a new Bottom Bracket as I was not able to remove the old one from my race bike as it was screwed way too hard.
The staff (super friendly btw!) easly removed and changed it.

I had to insist to pay something for the hand work as they said was a small job so it was for free :))

I showed my bike for repair, the guy really helped me to understand the problem. As the problem is a big problem and it would be expensive to fix in order to fix it he advised me to check for a used bike in their shop. I need to say my existing bike was not an expensive one. So using his advise I bought a used one with a cheaper value than fixing that bike. Overall I'm very happy with their service.

Yesterday I drove by the shop and stopped to ask simply if my bike stand can be fixed because it was loose…
Immediately I got help, very friendly!!!
