The staff working here were incredibly helpful to me and my friend who were in a tricky situation. They were kind and helped us in every way they could and really made a big difference to our day. Thank you!

Today my elderly mom had to travel from AMS to London alone. She was very nervous about it. But one of your colleagues (Ruben) met her at the queue and he walked her through everything. He lifted her luggage onto the conveyor, stayed with her while she queued for passport control, and even found her a seat afterwards in the waiting area. Ruben if this reaches you, I can't thank you enough. My mom is the most important person in my life and you treated her as well as her own son would have.

Better compared to Gare Du Nord Paris. Comfortable area for waiting passengers. The immigration process was also smooth & fast. No complaints from me for sure

Para llegar a la oficina, sube al anden 15b, donde están las vías dem tren continua caminando pasando por las letras N, O y finalmente las oficinas se encuentran en la letra V, aunque revisa de dónde saldrá tu tren el nuestro salió de la 11a lean bien su ticket tiene la información precisa y el tren sale exactamente a la hora que indica, tren limpio, con conexión WiFi, centro de carga tipo europeo y USB

Prima ervaring. Na alle negatieve reviews te hebben gelezen, voorbereid op 'het ergste'. Maar dat viel echt reuze mee. Het wachten, inchecken, paspoortcontrole en bagagecheck duurde niet langer dan 30 minuten. Vriendelijk personeel en de wachtruimte was groot genoeg. Wcs zijn aanwezig.
