Excellent Indonesian food in Amsterdam, love the chicken satay & tempe orek so much.

Food is just delicious! And the owners are really nice people , Eric and family 👍. If you don’t know what to order they can put something together for you. Great for quick dinners ! Recommended !

Bogor Permai is a small take away hidden gem in Diemen. Their dishes are really tasty and rich in flavor. It is not really well known, probably because of the location isn't in Amsterdam Central for example. But their foods are great and portion is decent. Do expect a lot of queue when you go there, quite busy especially in the rush hours. Price wise is indeed a bit higher than other Indonesian restaurant, but you can tell that the ingredients are fresh and good quality. Highly Recommended!

The owners (dad and daughter duo) here are beyond nice. This was the first place we ate at upon arrival after a 16+ hour flight. It was across the street from where we were staying so we came straight here since we were starving. We didn't have any euros, just credit cards, since we had just landed. We thought it would be fine since they had a card reader, but after they prepared our food, we realized that they only accepted debit cards. The owner (daughter) was so kind, and offered for us to just enjoy the meal now while it's hot, and insisted that we just come back and pay next time. In the end, it took us two days to return with euros and this time, we interacted with the dad. We explained to him the kindness of his daughter, and told him that we were here to pay our debts, while purchasing a few more items. He proceeded to throw in a few things for free so that we could try them. The hospitality that we experienced is unmatched. I wish I lived here so I could come and support this amazing local business and sweet family routinely. If that's not enough for you to drop by, the food alone will be enough to draw you in - everything is delicious and fairly priced. It is a take-away place so don't expect to be able to sit down, but don't let that stop you from filling your stomach up with freshly prepared Indonesian goodness. Definitely will be back one day!

The owners are very lovely and helpful. Whenever you saw them, they are cheerful. It is one of the most popular place to eat something in Diemen and the prices are really moderate.

We are always on the hunt for good Indonesian food.. we've eaten a lot! And today on a walk we found Bogor and OMG I won't be eating anywhere else! Go Get Some! SERIOUS :)

Found this Indonesian food resto by chance... but for me, the taste is excellent... I taste a hint of lime in some of foods, very nice... try the satay dan tempe orek, they are very nice

Fantastisch eten!!!
Het is eerlijk gezegd wel een tijdje wat minder geweest helaas, maar ze hebben alles weer goed op de rit en de kwaliteit is weer perfect.
Ik ga ook altijd voor de zelfgemaakte sambal!
Die mogen ze wel iets consistenter maken, de ene keer is hij precies goed pittig, de andere keer wat droog. Maar ach....ik kom er graag. Mijn moeder woont er in de buurt en heb dus altijd een extra reden om daar rond avondeten even naar toe te gaan.

Wat wel opvalt.... het ligt er heel erg aan wie er staat, de wat oudere mevrouw schept heel zuinig op, vooral het vlees. Als de wat jongere man er staat, die ook een stuk klantvriendelijker is, schept altijd lekker ruim de bak vol.
