We were able to actually go to the store, where Joost was very helpful and patient in showing us all different colors and options. You can really notice he is passionate about the chairs and wants you to enjoy them as much as he enjoys them himself. He takes good care of the chairs, and knows a lot about them. When we were in doubt about a daring colour, he offered us to return or change the colour if we were not happy with it. This helped us to choose a colour we would not have dared otherwise, and we are very happy with it now!

i bought 2 chairs in greige last year and couldn't be happier.. they are in perfect condition, exactly according to the photos sent, delivery was very fast and very well and safely packed.
I was looking for original Eames vintage chairs for quite a while and also very skeptical buying chairs via internet but i was positively surprised and would buy more anytime here again and recommend them to all my friends.;)

We are design amateurs and we bought a rare Sea Foam "rope age" Eames DAX armchair from Joink at Design Icons in A'dam.
We had a very good contact with Joost who is very open and honest. He even accepted to reserve the chair for 1 hour during the fair, which gave us some time to make up our mind and see other vendors.

I was looking for 6 chairs in the colour parchment this year. After some research on the internet I found the website of Joost and got in contact with him. Coincidentally he just got a new lot of the chairs I had been looking for. First I was sceptical whether to order on the internet as I couldn't check the quality myself and it was quite an investment for me. But Joost was answering all my questions, giving me background information and sending me a lot of photos to give me an impression of the condition of the chairs.
Due to this high professionalism I finally decided to order the chairs and got them shipped to Austria a few days later, all in perfect condition with perfectly glued new shockmounts.
I have to say that I love the chairs and I am happy whenever I look at them and see how beautiful they are. I often receive compliments from my friends and I recommend Joost to all of them.

Vintage Eames chairs have a real charm - far nicer than modern reproductions. I bought one for my partner as a present and will be back for more to complete the set for my kitchen. Halverwege 2013 vier Eames DSW chairs gekocht bij Joost Kuijpers. Joost is betrouwbaar, vakkundig en gepassioneerd. Je merkt echt dat deze zaak ontstaan is vanuit zijn liefde voor design en dan in het bijzonder de ontwerpen van Eames. Prettig geholpen, lekker persoonlijk en uiteindelijk vier hele mooie stoelen gekocht waar we nog steeds heel blij mee zijn.
