Went in to have my bike swapped, got helped by Willem. A great guy who went above and beyond to provide me with the best bike! Amazing service, thank you!

Always had a great service with them, fast and effective even when coming without an appointment for a quick fix on the bike. It's a great solution for an expat just arriving in The Netherlands, after a few months with them I'm moving to my own bike, will definitely miss the service! You guys should consider adding a membership only with service and no bike, would be awesome!

A flat tire right before NYE would kick-off…SwapStore was still open, customer service managed to book me a spot just before they’d close and in-store the nicest girls were able to swap my bike smoothly. So so happy!

I don't have anything negative to say about my experience with Swapfiets as a whole! The service they provide is excellent. My bike was recently stolen - I logged the report and they were at my doorstep within 1.5 hours replacing it for me. Friendly, quick service.
