Vriendelijk geholpen. Check vooraf wel even de openingstijden want uurtje gesloten in de middag.

Altijd zeer vriendelijk en deskundig geholpen.

Pretty good honestly, always have been helped correctly and with respect. Only thing I'm still a little confused about is repeat prescriptions, you send an email but never receive a response or confirmation to it, and suddenly you get a message a few days later your medication is ready. Glad it works... But a confirmation to my email would be nice?

Also to all the people complaining that this pharmacy is asking questions about your prescription, that's the job of a pharmacy! Your pharmacy will try to make sure you're not getting a dangerous combination of medications, don't get mad at them, it may save your life at some point

Beetje aan de dure kant maar wel goeie service

Ikzelf vindt dat er een dame daar werkt die denkt dat ze de arts zelf is. Constant in discussie gaan naar de cliënt terwijl ze alleen maar hoeft te doen wat er op recept staat! De rest mag ze zich niet mee bemoeien. En dan ook nog dat uur pauze deuren dicht beleid. 1 voor 1 pauze dat is anno 2023.

Je bent erop aangewezen, want er is geen andere apotheek in de buurt. Ze sluiten tussen de middag, best een achterhaald idee in de moderne wereld.

Multiple mistakes with my medication. They don't even inform you as a client nor your doctor if they give you something else than what was prescribed. Zero problem solving skills including the lead pharmacist and in addition to that incredibly rude as more reviews already pointed out.

Very unprofessional and not helpful with any questions - unless you have time to sit and explain step by step what needs to be done.

As a pharmacist myself I find the approach I encountered totally unacceptable.

Says it is open on Monday but 2 trips and no one is there either time.

Gister kwart voor vijf wilde de dame achter de balie mij niet meer helpen om te kijken of het recept via de huisartsenpost binnen was gekomen. Ze was heel onwelwillend en deed heel hooghartig. Toen ik zei dat ik de huisartsenpost ging bellen omdat ik daar net met een ziek kind vandaan kwam ging ze uiteindelijk wel kijken of en recept binnen was gekomen. En ja hoor. Dame wilde blijkbaar naar huis. Wat een onsympathieke en hooghartige dame.
