I visited the pharmacy today between 18-19 o'clock with my 2-year-old son who had congestion. The assistance we received was exceptional. A young man and a kind lady helped us with genuine concern. They reassured me, comforting me and assuring that my son would be okay. Their professionalism and kindness made a challenging situation much easier to handle. I'm grateful for their support, and my son is doing better now. The staff's positive attitude made a significant difference.

Really excellent staff here. We had all sorts of questions about allergies and skin care, sanitizer for new piercings etc. And the staff were really helpful and friendly.

The pharmacist was really helpful to me. They speak fluent English. The medicine I seek was there and I really needed it. Thank you for the amazing attitude. I would definitely go there again.

The 2 pharmacists were heaven sent. My boyfriend had an accident which caused him to have huge wound on his head. We were looking for help for almost an hour when we went in the pharmacy. The 2 ladies immediately tried to help us. They checked his head and called a taxi for us to go to the emergency room.

I’m very impressed by their compassion and urgency in the situation. After everyone who just stared at us, it was nice to find people who truly care and were willing to lend a hand.

The tourist doctor, it’s great. You can trust. I had my shoulder dislocated for 3 days and my way to Amsterdam I called them and he put my shoulder right back in.

What a blessing to get such good service on a Sunday. I suffered a food poisoning the evening before and Leidsestraat helped me out so that I could take the plane and go back to Canada uneventfully. Thank you so much.

Forgot some meds and received amazing customer service from Basoz Ali. She gave me the number to a doctor that could sort the prescription over the phone with WhatsApp and PayPal. All done in 10 minutes! Super impressive!
