Ze deden hun best mij ter willen te zijn.
Helaas wilden ze niet mijn door NL uitgegeven verzekerings bewijs controleren op de computer, zodat ik de rekening zelf moest betalen. Mijn Apotheek bij de grens geeft mijn medicatie mee, zoals aan iedere Nederlander.

Rip off pharmacy. In the Netherlands the pharmacies sell over-priced medicines but this one in particular is shameless example. They said insurance would not cover it so I had to cough out 15 euros for 15 tablets of Pantoprazol 40 mg. I checked on the internet I could have bought 30 pcs for 6.95. In Poland the same medicine cost 2 euros for 15 tablets. The other day they charged me 7 euros for 5 antibiotics. AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!!! They will peel your skin in a heartbeat.

Terrible service! Too bad I cannot give a negative mark!

The staff are so unrespectful and treat you like you are nothing. Very very poor customer service almost disrespectful.
Will never buy any medicine there.

Erg onvriendelijk en niet mee denkend. Niet alle medewerkers maar wel vaker met één bepaalde medewerker. Altijd gespannen naar toe, in de hoop dat zij er niet is.
