My Ford transit experienced electrical problems, when I turned off the engine and removed the keys, the engine continued to run. It was the end of the day and I returned the next day at 11am and the garage was closed. I waited and the owner arrived after 12, he opened the garage and I had the impression that nothing had been done. He told me that the electrical circuit is fine and has no damage. The problem depends on the vehicle's computer and He could find one for me for 450 euros. He claimed 140 euros in cash for the inconvenience and I didn't have a tax receipt. I left the garage with the same problem. I went to the Ford dealer and the scan of the electrical circuit reveals that there is damage in the tow hitch cable. The on-board computer works perfectly, otherwise the test could not be done. I paid 60 euros, inclusive of taxes, and I received a tax receipt, as I expected. The Auto Elektronica Zaandam garage is managed by a person who does not know how to do his job, because I believe he does not have the knowledge, is dishonest because his technical diagnoses, more resemble astrological interpretations and the money he claims is unjustified. Why should an activity like this pay taxes? Not comment When I asked for explanations, the owner raised the tone of his voice. I asked to pay back 100 euros and he shouted louder, as if this was useful to be right.
