The employees are very kind and have knowledge of the products. They do their best to respond to customer inquiries. Thanks to the kindness of the staff and the detailed explanation of the products, I bought three more other products than the one I was originally going to buy. There are various women's and men's shoes in the store, so customers are given a wide range of choices. The store is neat and convenient to try on shoes. It is also an advantage that it is close to Amsterdam Central Station and located downtown. Satisfactory shopping!

Good brand. Good shoes. But the best part is the friendly and helpful team led by Arjan. You get a full experience from the welcome, to advice on the proper fit, to the goodbye. It seems the new team is much better than the pre-Covid team.

Everything was fine. Both shop and ecco as a brand. Thanks, will buy here again.

Excuses hiervoor, het filiaal is meerdere maanden dicht geweest en werd op dat moment opgeknapt om zsm weer open te gaan.
Inmiddels zijn we weer volledig geopend!
