Super friendly staff with good knowledge of the products and great advice. I was between sizes and unsure if I should size up or down. Two of the staff members were very attentive and advised me on the best way to go about it after trying several times several sizes and some with insoles. Will definitely return :)

Absolutely loved this experience; Sofia (I hope I spell her name correctly) was incredibly helpful, cool and kind. For someone who's very bad at making decisions she's guided me through the whole thing greatly. THANKS!

Had a wonderful experience shopping here. The store is a bit small, one floor open to customers access but plenty of space to display all the shoes and give customers a chance to try their shoes on

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I went looking for brown/red docs that were not available but they were able to help me buy a black leather doc I absolutely adored.

It ended up being too loose and they helped me change it to a better size a week later.

5 stars to them.

sweetest staff ever, the girl with the pink dyed hair //whose name i forgot// was really helpful n kind while assisting me, the shoes are really pretty and i’ve heard a lot of people call them extremely painful but they aren’t painful at all to me, overall everything was awesome ☆

Amazing store with sweet, helpfull people. First I had the cheaper ones until Yasmin said on another shelf these docs where from the UK. What a difference with the soles, and fit.Thank you so much Yasmin for telling me they are awesome, perfect fit and you was so helpful and kind. The ones from the UK are a bit more but it's absolutely worth the money. For sure we come back and way more stars they deserve. Thanks Yasmin for your service 🙏😘😘

The absolute best service I have had in a Doc Martens store - ever. My daughter's Docs recently got burnt in a house fire. The staff were empathetic and interested. Well done to EVERYONE there

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was able to swap size 41 boots for 42 without a problem. Not a very big store, but they seem to have everything in stock, so whether you want the leather docs or the vegan ones, you can get them here.

I was helped by a Lithuanian girl (name I’ve now forgotten!) and she was really helpful and friendly and was doing her best to help me find the right shoes for my needs. Need more sale assistants like this! Thank you

I have been to the store a numerous amount of times and I have always been warmly welcomed by the staff.
Last time I went to the store was for the release of the, highly anticipated, Dr.Martens x BAPE collaboration. The manager has been of a great help in keeping the good atmosphere between all the customers and ensured everything went well.
It's a well deserved 5 STARS!

Great personnel, they have good points, are knowledgeable about their product and the surrounding scene, and they can crack a joke. The store offers a decent variety of Dr. Martens shoes and also some other products that fit with the shoes, like socks or polish.
