Best Nubikk store in the Netherlands. They have a lot of choice and very friendly staff. If you visit them, ask for Moreno, he gave me the best tips for my outfit!

Love it. Bought a pair of shoes. The lightest shoe i ever wore. I m a fan. Dutch made and designed (or rather made in Italy I believe but dutch design)

I bought a pair of sneakers back in Feb and after few months one of the shoe had a defect and decided to email the store and ask if there is anything they could do about it. The store manager - Eljoenai responded to emails and kindly offered to exchange the shoes to a brand new pair! The service i received from Eljoenai was 5* and he went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the exchange. Happy customer and definitely coming back!

When Nubbik were looking for somewhere to open their flagship store for their Dutch designed footwear, they were determined it should be in Amsterdam's prestigious 9 streets area. In the summer of 2019, wishes became reality when they opened their store on the corner of Hartenstraat and Keizersgracht.

Established in 2012 and geared towards young adults, Nubikk quickly became immensely popular due to their unique and outstanding designs and superb craftsmanship and were sold in renowned outlets such as de Bijenkorf.

The footwear range for both men and women includes boots, ankle boots, sneakers, trainers and sportswear, as well as bag and shoe accessories. Nubikk is designed to be enjoyed, worn and to live in.

Nette winkel, ziet er goed uit alles strak. Ook in hartje centrum dus makkelijk bereikbaar.

Moreno: heel beleefd, heeft me super goed geholpen met het vinden van het juiste paar. Een intellectuele jonge man!

Superleuke verkoopster en leuke sale. Geslaagd ook qua schoenen.

I live in the UK and want to return the boots. I am very disappointed by the lack of transparency in their return policy for international customers.

1. I understand customers need to pay return fees. I sent via Royal Mail and it arrived to the Netherlands only to be told that it's not good for them and I should use another carrier such as DPD or UPS. The parcel was returned to me and now I have to pay twice for shipping. They could have said that from the beginning?!
2. The return page has no mention of customs fees and turns out I need to pay this as well.
3. The most unhelpful "customer service" I've ever encountered, dismissive and keeps repeating the same things.

I've paid £35 in return fees and it will be at least £30 customs for £120 shoes... more than half the cost of the goods... thank you Nubikk, what a pleasure!!!!!!

Terrible service!
The shoes I wanted were not in the store, so the employee convinced me to order on-line and have delivered to the store promising to sms when the shoes arrived, but he never did. Then, when I went to the store to get the shoes, the sales person was business texting and didn’t even look up. In fact, I had to ask her to assist me (and the store was empty). Then, as I didn’t want the shoes, I requested a refund, and she issued the credit to someone else’s order and I am still awaiting a refund! Spend your money somewhere else!

Schoenen van €190,- gekocht op de website, die binnen 3 keer dragen ging de binnenkant 'bollen/inzakken'. Zelf had ik het in eerste instantie niet door, maar vrienden zagen het tijdens het lopen. In overleg met Nubikk mocht ik de schoenen terugsturen om er naar te laten kijken, maar direct kreeg ik antwoord dat ze er niets aan/mee gaan doen. Het valt niet onder productiefout en het werd gelijk teruggestuurd. Schandalig! Binnen een paar keer dragen nu al mankementen voor een prijs van €190,-... Nooit meer.
