Quick delivery and shoes were perfect. Third time that I’ve ordered here, so would recommend.

I was very distrustful at first since it was the first time I buy anything online besides the official website for the brand, but I needed my favorite (and most comfy ever) Mephisto shoes in black for work and I couldn’t find them anywhere else except for an USA shipment doubling the price. So I tried their website, and after a small delay due to an exchange for a fabric defect, the shoes arrived in the color and size that I ordered them and even cheaper than in any other site!

Rechtstreeks hier bestellen scheelt bijna €15 aan commissie dan bestellen bij een grote webwinkel 'van ons allemaal'.

While this seller has good pricing for some of the shoes, unfortunately the same cannot be said for his customer service or ease of use on the website. If paying through PayPal, the company does not send order confirmations and if there is an issue with the shoe/color ordered, it can be a large problem with international shipping. A simple confirmation could have corrected this. Please keep in mind, the ONE STAR REVIEW was not because of that, as things do happen. That said, the ONE STAR REVIEW was due to the SELLER'S EXTREME RUDE EMAIL AND RESPONSES when I was simply trying to get additional information. I would suggest finding a different company to do business with as this seller truly does not have the ability to handle customer service after the sale.

Achat mais pb de livraison, aucun service commerciale lettre en envoyer en recommandé mais revenue alors que c était la bonne adresse. À éviter d acheter chez eux en ligne.

Schoenen besteld en relatief snel geleverd.
Helaas had het corona virus mij getroffen en kreeg ik in deze zelfde periode een ontsteking aan mijn evenwicht orgaan.
Conclusie, ik kon het pakket onmogelijk retour sturen binnen de termijn.
Contact gehad met de verkoper zelf, maar deze had totaal geen begrip voor de situatie.
Ik kon de schoenen niet meer retourneren omdat de termijn was verstreken en deze schoenen uit de wintercollectie kwamen.
Dit lijken mij echter niet perse winterschoenen, maar goed...

Nie wieder würde ich hier etwas bestellen. Lügen und betrügen nur… nicht mal 1 Stern würde ich geben

Ho provato ad acquistare un paio di scarpe. Hanno accettato subito il pagamento con Paypal, ed a questo punto dal mio account è sparito l'ordine. Ho cercato inutilmente di contattare il negozio. Ho effettuato un reclamo tramite Paypal e finalmente mi hanno inviato un "pacco" (doppio senso) contenente scarpe di marca, modello, colore e numero completamente diverse da quelle ordinate.
Non mi era mai capitato di prendere una "sola" con acquisti on-line, spero almeno di riprendere i miei soldi.
Completamente inaffidabile, super sconsigliato.
