We purchased our first home with the help of Thijjs Waals from AMEO. The house buying process can be stressful, especially in a competitive market and a good makelaar is an absolute must. Thijs wasnt just good–he really went above and beyond with helping us. We worked with Jean Paul for the majority of our process, and he was so easy to work with. Always there to give advice, view an apartment, take a phone call, send an email. Particularly good at managing expectations and stakeholders in the process. Frederique was also on hand at every moment whilst Jean Paul was out of office. Really trustworthy and genuine Makelaars. Nog een chique makelaar erbij in oude volksbuurt waar steeds meer woningen aan sociale woonhuur worden onttrokken (in west inmiddels ver onder de kritische grens van 35 procent), om nog meer centen uit stenen te persen. Ook de "good old" staatsliedenbuurt verliest haar winkeltjes en eigenzinnig gebruikte pandjes aan eindeloze monotonie van ah, koffiebars en makelaarskantoren. Mensen met kleine beurs, creatieven, onregulieren (die de stad zo mooi maakten, het buurtje zo gezellig) in rap tempo de stad uitgeperst. Gentrification, leren we. ja ja. Wat mij betreft: 0 sterren, maar dat kan niet gepost!
