I would say, after the last three years of experience using Roz and her team, she has never let me down, and we will continue to use them. I recommend them wholeheartedly, and if I could give her 10 stars, I would.
We reached out to ExpatHelp from America to help us move to the Netherlands. Not only did we need an apartment but we also need help with opening our own business, the daft process, opening a bank account, personal and business, tax questions, buying a washer???!… You can see the list goes on and on.
Not only did they help us navigate all of these things, but they did it in a efficiently fast manner, and Roz was always there to answer our questions night or day, (or at least at night or day with a time difference lol), she really put in an extra effort to help us make sure we felt like we were going to have all of our complicated problems handled when we got here, and felt safe she was on the ground here making sure of it.
She assisted us in getting appointments with the IND, and at the time they were extremely booked, and we were worried about getting our health insurance in time for some medical needs.
We have gone back to her a few times for help with other things and recommendations, and I’m sure we will be using her when we go to purchase a home here and other ones in the next two years.
Thanks Roz !

Great people to work with. They have gone out of their way to make sure all questions are answered, and all matters taken care of. Roz and Eeg have always made themselves available to us.I can't recommend Expat Help enough.

I went to 2 other companies offering expat on boarding services which was such a mess I had to delay my move for a month from another country. Finally I went online and found Expat Help. I had no idea they are not only the best in the business, but have a 100% success rate in getting DAFT visas approved (it's true, no fake news here). Of course you have to have a legit reason for moving to The Netherlands and adjust your submissions if they ask as they know how to best position visa applications, but I found that if you do what´s asked these people not only know what they´re doing, Roz's entire team are real pros and a pleasure to deal with. Stress free. Their housing director Eeg is also one of the best brokers in town - he knows everyone and even hears about properties before they officially come on the market! And guess what? They actually charged me LESS than the other expat providers I went to before. My only regret is that I didn´t find them first. Would have saved me grief! There are a number of other firms offering similar services in The Netherlands, but Expat Help is best in class.

I cannot say enough about the amazing service we received from Roz and the whole team. From top to bottom, they have assisted in making our move from the U.S. to Amsterdam seamless. Their commitment to going above and beyond to get the job done is impressive. Throughout our two years of working with them (delayed bc of COVID) they always made us feel like we were coming home.

We had a great experience using Expat Help to assist us with finding an apartment in Amsterdam and would definitely recommend their services. Expat Help stood out especially because of their quick response time. We had contacted multiple agencies to help us and they were the first and fastest to answer our messages. It was obvious that Tara and Erica had our best interest at heart. Through their efforts, we found a place that was well within our budget and in our preferred neighborhood.

We relocated from South Africa, Johannesburg to Amsterdam. We found Erica’s service to be phenomenal. She is well experienced, professional and very friendly. We managed to accomplish so much in such a short period of time with her help. BSN numbers, bank accounts, housing, school registration, doctor and dentist etc. She did not miss a thing. We have settled in so nicely it seems like we still on vacation. We can highly recommend the services of Expat Help.

Expat Help is an incredibly helpful and caring team of people who have been through the crazy ride of moving to a country that is not one's own.
They made our move from the US to Amsterdam with 3 children under 5 possible and made sure we were both physically settled as well as checked in from time to time that we were emotionally doing ok as well.
Love their approach, would definitely hire them again.

Great experience, they went the extra mile (or 1.61km) to make my relocation to Amsterdam a stress free enjoyable experience. I had a very knowledgeable consultant that helped me at every turn along the way. Highly Recommended.

Canadian expat here. Expat Help did in 2 weeks what most companies do in 3 months. If you value your time look no further.

I had high expectations from this company considering they have “Great expatations” as a titte of their brochure. I purchased that which is good information but you can find all online free if you have the time to search. Roz, the owner had a call with us explaining the process which was very helpful. Once we moved to Amsterdam in October 2022, we used them for our home search support, first with Mike then with Aimée. They accompanied us to the house viewing but with no added help on what to look for or be aware of, especially in the contract signing. After a year, we are struggling with our deposit return because they were not interested in proactively protecting us as tenants for this time, so this was not looked into in the lease contract. Main focus was to find a house and get the service fee. They weren’t even responding to our emails post the contract signature, even asking support for our lease renewal.
As a general rule I have learned, stay Away from any company that has “expat” in their title or service focus. Usually means double the fee with no additional value.

This will be a rather lengthy review, however, the main theme of it is.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I moved to Amsterdam in November of 2021, and generally had a positive experience with Expat Help, maybe 3.5 stars. However, they have drastically fallen off. In mid 2022 I recommended them to a Canadian friend that was moving to Amsterdam. She contacted them, waited two weeks, and heard nothing. Used another service. Then, in early 2023 I moved away from Amsterdam, and sold my company to two individuals from the United States. When they asked who I used for relocation and legal help, I gave them the name of this company. Huge mistake. I personally witnessed them send well over 40 apartment listings to the housing consultant, Eeg. Not one time did Eeg EVER get back to them about the status of the apartments they sent. Were they available? Rented? He was AWOL despite being asked about the status of apartments they sent. Then, a couple of months later, my friends get an email from Eeg, telling them that he cannot help them. Excuse me? He said that rental requirements had changed in 2023, but explained no further.
My friends were understandably fuming. I had to step in two separate times and write emails to the owner, Roz, asking her about their poor treatment. She always responded to me, but when my friends/her current clients tried to get a hold of her, silence.
This poor treatment extended to the immigration portion of the company. My friends were very rarely notified about the status of their visa application, and in the early stages of the immigration process, they were told their application had not been submitted yet, despite being sent to Expat Help weeks before. They were told that the company was in the process of noving offices, and some paperwork was misplaced. How unprofessional. Expat Help rarely returned texts, emails, and phone calls. Their staff had changed from when I used them, and obviously NOT for the better. Basically, stay away from this company, they are nowhere near the company they used to be.

At the first contact from us, they did answer quite soon and seemed very professional. But then, cannot understand why, no news from them, even after telling them we needed their services quickly. We made an appointment for a call, and after waiting for more than an hour, we sent them a message; they called back, and during the conversation, they promissed an email back and another call with housing specialists...since then, no more news; still waiting.
