Great service! My CV kettle stopped heating and it was really cold in the house, it turned out the heating pump gave up as it was 14 years old kettle. ISA managed to schedule an appointment for the next day to install a new one, which was soo incredibly appreciated as I was freezing. Everything went smoothly, installation was done in 1,5h and it's finally warm :) Thanks! Highly recommended!

We needed to urgently replace our heating system and reached out to ISA back in December 2022 for the installation of a new heating system (CV ketel) in our house. ISA was extremely responsive and sent someone over for a visit on the same day - a huge difference in service when compared to other providers who basically left us in the cold. Despite the full schedule, Wesley was able to squeeze a day in for our installation, and performed the service as scheduled. The exhaust/chimney also needed to be replaced, and ISA did a great job even though the access was difficult. Prices were fair and the communication (particularly with Wesley) was reliable and transparent. Highly recommend them if you have heating system issues.

They did an excellent job renovating my bathroom. The floor had to be completed replaced due to water damage.

Truly professionals. They squeezed me in a day after I called for an appointment without charging extra for urgency. I was serviced by Wesley, a genuinely friendly and capable specialist who clearly knows his stuff. He replaced a broken component and cleaned the whole boiler within an hour while patiently explaining me how I could reduce my energy consumption in a very simple way (my energy bills are absurd). I only give ISA 5 stars because 7 is not an option. Highly recommended!

Best central heating service you’ll find in Amsterdam. The water heater of my apartment had broken down and within an hour and a half I had the old heater taken out and replaced with a new one. Very friendly service you can trust. From all the experiences I’ve had in the past dealing with maintenance , this has been the best. I highly recommend!

Very great and friendly service. They installed a boiler in my apartment, as well offered me different options and price range to choose from. They explained about overall usage and maintenance. Also after service was great (on Saturday!). Defiantly recommended!!

Ok so i must admit, that ISA really came through. My boiler just broke the night before and they managed to replace it the next day, which I'm super thankful for. Don't get me wrong, it definitely wasn't cheap, but it got resolved fast. The employee who was at my hosue was super knowledgeable and helpful. All in all it was a fast and professional service, but not cheap (but honestly you hardly get fast and cheap from anybody).
