Allerbeste apotheek ooit! Ella en Najed ( excuses als ik het verkeerd spel), twee medewerksters hebben na hun lange werkdag persoonlijk mijn medicatie nog thuis bezorgd! Omdat bezorger er niet was, of al weg. Ontzettend veel dank dames, zo lief! Los daarvan, altijd snel geholpen, heel vriendelijke en kundige medewerkers. Mag ook een keer gezegd worden!

Ik kon nergens in Nederland mijn medicatie krijgen, toen kwam ik terecht bij Frederik Hendrik apotheek en hun konden mij direct helpen. Top apotheker, fijn personeel, erg klantvriendelijk!!!! Wij zijn de nieuwe patiënten hier en raad iedereen aan mij te volgen jullie krijgen zeker geen spijt!! Goed service en altijd je medicatie optijd!!!
Na een jarenlange strijd, hebben wij eindelijk een apotheek gevonden, waardeert voor de patiënt gaan en niet voor het geld, want de apothekers vinden onze medicijnen te duur en doen daar erg moeilijk over, ondanks dat het vergoed wordt door de verzekering, maar Frederik Hendrik apotheek vindt zijn patiënten belangrijker. Toppertje!!!

Na veel gedoe, gezoek, info vragen, boos worden etc. eindelijk goed geholpen door deze apotheek, die hielp zoeken naar een goed
alternatief . Ik ben chronisch gebruiker van een bepaalde medicatie. Met alle bezuinigingen van de zorgverzekeraars op dit moment,is die oplossing geweldig !! Hulde !

Terrible pharmacy with incompetent untrained staff. Unfortunately have been coming here 3 years as my doctors practice is in the building. I have been given wrong/less medication than the prescription and , often prescriptions are not in stock. And often sfaff often have no knowledge of pharmacy (didn't know what melatonin was for example). I think they often put their kids at the front desk. No other way to explain it. Don't go here and don't go to the house doctors here.

What you‘re getting here since the recent change of owners is a diabolical mix of a lack of professionalism, ignorance, indifference, lies and impertinence that leads to fatal negligence. I've seen a lot. But this pharmacy here tops it all. 90% of the staff have no idea what they are doing, no idea of the trade, they just mess up constantly, they have messed up every, absolutely EVERY order in the last year (2023), there is not a word of apology, and ultimately all of this has led to an extremely dangerous situation for my health. Despite countless requests from my side to correct their mistakes, they kept on charging services they never delivered at the insurance as well as medications my GP never requested. They should close down this dump and hold those responsible to account. For the sake of my health and peace of mind, I won't set foot in here again. Just this much: you really should be ashamed of yourselves for everything you do. Utterly disgusted, shame on you.

Impossible to reach by phone or via email. Quite long chit chats behind the counter. Even when they got a prescription in their system still send you home with missing orders. I don’t mind peoples attitude but health industry is no joke.

Overall the staff are friendly, helpful and the experience is fine. However I have some complaints: First of all, the first time I was to pick up ADHD medication, the pharmacist handed me fentanylplasters instead of methylphenidate. The second issue I had was today, I was there at 8:30 when you declare that you are open. At 8:34 we were 3 guys sitting there waiting, and I ended up just leaving because I was not sure if anyone was coming.

My girlfriend went there recently and also got the wrong medicine, she got antidepressants instead of a numbing cream. She went today to try to get the right medicine but it was closed despite it being a Monday afternoon. Joke of a pharmacy honestly.

The worst in town. Better to walk 5 minutes and go somewhere else. I was sick and just out of the doctor, they just handed over the prescription and said find yourself your medication- I was advised to google and walk all over town! You I can google!

Today I was pushed by very agressive man, who was claiming, that he was in front of me in the line. The pharmacist was just standing there and didn't stop that absolutely inappropriate behaviour. It didn't make me feel safe. They should have installed ticket machine to avoid arguments about position in the line. Definetely they shouldn't allow physical abuse in the pharmacy

the most useless pharmacy I have ever seen. They never have anything, not even the most basic products.
