I booked these movers based on recommendations from a couple of people, however those were smaller moves and I think that makes a difference.

The people that you speak with are very grumpy, I don’t speak Dutch well enough to communicate about moves, but they don’t bother to reply if I try and communicate in English. My Dutch husband had to do all the communication, which is difficult, but also sort of understandable, I am in the NL.

The packing was great, the unloading was awful. We moved to a house that was under construction and they dumped everything into the garage with no communication about how it was done, so we were hunting for items for weeks. Almost a week after the move, we started getting hounded for the boxes. Construction was still happening and he refused to acknowledge that. Grumpy, unhelpful, EXPENSIVE service. Will never use them again.

I will say (the only reason they got 2 stars) is that the helper (the son?) who did all the packing was good, helpful and professional.
