He is the kindest. You enter the shop and no matter what, he will greet you loudly, help you with passion and choose with a knowledge that includes your specific taste and preference. In my case I just say „You know what I like,“ and he does. And even though I dont drink much and sometimes dont buy any wine for weeks, he is always fun to talk to and ready to find the matching wine for your specific taste. A beautifully deep and warm, round red or a fruity and joyful white every now and then. I love Beauté du Sud, the Spanish Gewürztraminer (yes, really) and Zabù from Sicily. What really got me when I started buying there was his dedication and reliabilty to organize my favorite alcoholfree childhood-beer from my homecountry. This guy has everything it needs to be excellent in this field and this street. And prices are very fair!

This place is gold. The owner is very pleasant and has great recommendations. The selection is pretty impressive for a seemingly small shop, and he gets in new items fairly often.

i met the most determined salesman ever in this shop. and i mean that in a good way. he didnt have what i was looking for but figured out how to order it and told me i could just drop by again and pick it up.

My favorite neighborhood liquor store. The owner is knowledgable, honest and kind. They have a great selection, much better than Gall & Gall.

In my opinion the best wine shop in the Westerpark area. Many excellent Italian wines with good prices. Give it a try!

Ik kom alleen bij Wine Affairs op de Haarlemmerdijk in Amsterdam. Al een hele tijd, vooral omdat ze mijn favoriete biertjes verkopen (Vedettjes) en door Ron en Arjen…fantastische mensen vind ik dat, geboren voor dit vak lijkt het. Service verlenen staat bij hun op de eerste plaats. En ook mijn Rhodesian Ridgeback wordt door beiden in de watten gelegd met lekkere honden snoepjes als ik langs kom lopen, ook als ik niets bij hun kom kopen. Ciao Dembe & Oscar

Altijd goed advies en een ruim assortiment. Komen vaak nieuwe wijnen bij, maar gelukkig blijven veel klassiekers ook er in.

Altijd vriendelijk ontvangen en altijd een leuk achtergrond verhaal over de wijn.

Super advies. Goed aanbod aan Italiaanse wijnen (Neropasso, Appassiamento, rosso di Montalcino etc etc)

Een ruime sortering aan speciaalbier en wijn. Tevens altijd een goed advies.

Ga hier altijd de deur uit met lekkere wijn en een goed gevoel.
